Foreword
Welcome to Nocturne Academy.
The only night musical academy in South Korea.
Established in 1999 by Song Minah, a talented composer, and Park Haeri, a talented choreographer,
Nocturne Academy has been awarded as the Best Music Academy of Seoul in 2001.
Nocturne Academy has graduated more than a hundred of talented artists in the last five years, proofing the award is truly based on the skills.
Nocturne Academy offers you four different programs to choose:
(*) Bachelor's Program, where you can graduate in three years;
(*) Master's Program, where you can only take this program once you've graduated from Bachelor's Program;
(*) Talented Artists Education Program, where you can graduate in four years with special programs designed for you who choose this program;
(*) Special Dual Degree Program, where you can take two majors in one time and graduated in five years with special programs as well.
After you choose the program, you may choose the major you want to take.
Classical Music Major offers you chances to shine as an artist who master the classical music with these departments:
Department of Vocal Music
Department of Opera
Department of Classic Instrumental Music
Department of Composition
Modern Music Major offers you chances to show off your skills within modern era with these departments:
Department of Dance Performance
Department of Choreographer
Department of Art Management
Department of Modern Instrumental Music
Department of Modern Instrumental Music
Not only musical lessons and experiences, we also offer you the chance to have organizational experiences with joining Nocturne Academy Student Council Association (NASCA).
Each department will have their own student representatives, elected by the students.
The student representatives of the departments will choose the representatives for their own majors based on their grades and skills,
making Nocturne Academy always has at least two representatives to attend party invitations.
Both of the representatives will work under the leadership of President of NASCA, who is elected through the skills of mastering both Classical Music and Modern Music along with leadership skill.
Therefore, you can achieve your goals in music and enhance your communication opportunities.
We're open from 6 PM till 2 AM.
