How & when i came across this site

I joined AFF on Oct 2, 2013. That period of time was when i was facing one of the major examinations of my life. O-Levels. It was a very important exam that is going to decide if i get into a Polytechnic or Junior College. During that time, i was really stressed out with all the intensive revision that the teachers were conducting. So, i thought i needed to find somewhere for me to relax. On that day, one of my friends who loved kpop asked me, "Hey, do you read fanfics?". That was when she started telling me about what is AFF and i got so interested in it that i decided to make a account to check out the site!

What was my first username

It's RUBBERDUCKY! This username was quite randomly picked because I was actually arguing with my friend if a bubble bath or a bathtub filled with rose petals was better. I came up with weird reasons like how cute is a rubberducky and how well rubberduckies go with bubble bath. At that time of creating this account, i suddenly thought of that conversation so i thought RUBBERDUCKY would be a good name!

Why I continue to stay & What are my favourite things about the site

Stress-reliever 

Whenever I'm stressed out by homework or whatever, AFF is the first thing that comes to my mind. Here, I can let my imagination run wild and indulge myself in the stories wrote by many lovely authors. 

Confidence booster

Ever since AFF came into my life, I have became more confident in writing. Whenever someone comments on my stories, upvotes or subcribes my stories, it's an indication for me that someone actually anjoys what i'm writing. And so, I become more confident in creating new stories in order to not disappoint them.

What's something I would love to see on the site in the future

I think the site is awesome now and i don't have something that i'm hoping for.
