Ai tucked Leo in to bed. After telling me an old memory. Leo doesn’t like seeing tears. Leo doesn’t like tears. Especially from Ai’s eyes. Because Ai is so kind. Kind humans should not cry.

Leo had a good day. After running away for so long. Ai let Leo in and gave Leo food. Leo understood what Ai said. Leo can’t say a word, though. Because Leo is never allowed to speak. Leo doesn’t know how, but Ai taught Leo. Ai said to nod if Leo likes an idea. Or shake head when Leo dislikes. Leo likes it!

Ai gave Leo lots and lots of sweet square things. The soft ones in whitish or brownish are called bread. The hard dark brown ones are chocolate cookies. Leo likes them both the most. Ai had lots of food in her house. More than what Leo had ever seen in life before.

Ai took Leo to a tub filled with warm water. Ai said to take a ‘bath’ but Leo doesn’t understand what it is. Ai kept pointing to the tub so maybe Leo should get in? Leo gets in because Leo likes the smell. Like flowers and bread. It’s really nice.

Ai kept on touching wounds during ‘bath’. Leo doesn’t like it, but it doesn’t seem that Ai had a bad intention. Ai tried to rub softly, but it hurts. Warm water hurts too, but Leo likes it. Leo likes Ai too, so Leo would stay.

Ai gave me clothes too. It looks just like what Leo wears. Is it for Leo? Ai sprayed smell on it. It’s nice, and Ai said to choose. Leo tried to wear it well, but fails. Its confusing. Ai fixed it for me. What are those round thingy you put in to a hole? There are lots of holes. Lots of round things too. Ai had the same thing on her ‘pajamas’. Ai said the clothes name is pajamas.

Then Ai let Leo sleep for a while. After washing Leo’s wounds with ‘alcohol’ then wrap them in white clothing. Ai said ‘alcohol’ would heal the wounds, but it hurts so much. It burns. The feeling is similar to when the wounds are made. Ai was there, though. Leo could hold on for a bit because Ai was there. When Ai tucks Leo in to bed after that, Leo cringes in pain. The sweet scented extra fluffy warm clothing Ai lends Leo helps a lot though. Ai said it’s a sweater of hers. Leo likes Ai’s scent. Just like freshly plucked flowers.

Leo never plucks flowers, but Leo remembers what it smells like.

Maybe it’s an old memory, just like Ai’s.

Afterwards, Leo woke up to a sound. It sounds like a bird, but it’s mechanical. Leo hates it. Leo hates it so much. Where is Ai? Ai?

Leo woke up and Ai is there. Sitting next to Leo’s bed, but Ai is looking the other way. Ai is looking to the mechanical bird that comes in and out of the box, making the same sound whenever it comes out.

Ai, can you make it stop? Please? Please Ai, make the sound stop. Leo is scared. Leo jumped off bed and shakes head, trying to make Ai understand that Leo hates it. Ai, remember? Ai told Leo to do the head shaking movement when Leo dislikes anything. Ai looked at me and asks me if she should take the thing down. Leo nodded. Ai dragged her chair and stood up on it, not realizing how one of the chair’s leg wasn’t as stable. Leo touched Ai’s leg to warn, but it shocked Ai instead and she jumped off chair.

Everything happened so fast, Leo doesn’t remember anything. Leo only remembered that Leo have to save Ai, Leo knew that falling from the chair would hurt Ai. Leo doesn’t want anything to hurt Ai.

Ai asked Leo to draw. Leo knew what it is to draw, but Leo didn’t understand what these thin sticks of wood with various colors are. Leo only knew how to draw with what is available inside Leo’s room, which is Leo’s self. What is available inside Leo’s room is Leo, and what is inside Leo.

So Leo only understands drawing in red.

Good, because Ai had red and black wood sticks. Leo doesn’t really remember anything, but there is a picture of Leo on the ‘paper’. Leo looked at it for a while, remembering how Leo’s room look exactly like this until Ai came in to the room with platefuls of food. Something that looks like whitish strands of ribbon in creamy whiter thing. Ai also had chicken. This chicken is different than what Leo used to eat, but since Leo is fed chicken, Leo knows how to eat this one!

Eating with a ‘spoon’ is tricky for Leo, but what is trickier is to draw for Ai. Ai kept asking Leo to draw like before, but Leo can’t! Leo feels really scared that Ai would be angry, but Ai only left to do ‘homework’. Leo doesn’t know what it is, but Ai made it sound like it is not fun. Homework is not fun. Remember, remember.

Leo is let in to Ai’s room, and there are a lot of things in here, its fun. Ai let Leo wander in the room and even answers Leo’s questions about them. Leo found a lot of fluffy things on Ai’s bed, and a lot of sweet scented beautiful bottles. Ai said the bottles have ‘perfume’ inside of them. Perfume is a nice scented liquid. Leo nodded to Ai, because Leo liked nice scented things. Ai doesn’t seem to notice.

Leo doesn’t found anything else to do, and pets were told to sit down by the master. Leo was a pet, and Ai didn’t say anything, so Leo supposed Leo is still a pet. Leo curled down and lay Leo’s head on arm by Ai’s chair and just happened to see a box beneath Ai’s bed. Leo reached for it and inside the box there is another fluffy animal shaped cotton.  Leo took it and shows it to Ai, and her face turn pale.

Did Leo do something wrong?
