"Welcome to Seungri Academy's first ever MT!"

Students and staff applauded, excited for their first day at the resort. Everyone was seated at their tables that had already been set by the resort staff. The food was right in front of them, but they couldn't eat just yet.

As Mr. Choi went over the resort's rules and their own rules, Minah couldn't help but get distracted.

She was sitting with her usual friends, and at the table beside them sat Luhan with Kai and his friends, including Seohyun. Luhan had woken up late and to Minah's dismay, Yoona had waved him over to their table the minute he entered the lodge.

"The point of this whole MT is for all of you to get to know each other and build new or even stronger friendships," Ms. Yang took the mic from Mr. Choi. "Forget all the competition and worries, your evaluations are over already!"

"So we don't have to write the language exams?" a student inquired.

"Well no, you still do," Ms. Yang replied. "That won't be for a while though."

Everyone groaned and Ms. Yang laughed, amused. "The point is," she cleared , "the main purpose of this MT is for you to have fun, and I mean it. This year, you guys have shown exceptionally great effort, persistence, and determination, regardless of the sudden surprises from the academy. And the school average is far better than any previous years."

Ms. Yang handed the mic over to Ms. Song to wrap things up. "Now, on the second last day of this MT, we will be having a campfire together. And on the very last day, there will be a party, dance, hangout—whatever you young people call it."

The students laughed and she continued. "This is why we asked you to bring somewhat fancy clothes. Now aren't you glad we warned you?"

She clarified, "Of course, you don't have to dress up, it's your choice; but you know what they say, love blooms during MTs, and new couples are bound to form."

Minah frowned as she caught Luhan whisper something in Seohyun's ear, the latter giggling in return. New couples, huh? She didn't like the sound of that.

"Perhaps you will finally muster up the courage to confess to that special girl," Ms. Song proposed, scanning the room.

Baekhyun gulped, unintentionally glancing at Minah.

"Or maybe you will finally admit your feelings for him," Ms. Song continued, looking around for any surprised faces.

Taeyeon coughed, staring down at the table.

"Perhaps you will finally be able to move on," Ms. Song added, solemn as she looked down at the floor.

Minah unconsciously felt her phone charm in between her fingers, staring at it intently.

Suddenly, Ms. Song whipped her head back up. "He likes her! She likes him! Everyone knows it except them! But what if—"

Mr. Kang snatched the microphone away, stopping her from further humiliation. "What Ms. Song means is...."

He glanced at Ms. Yang who awkwardly turned to the students and yelled, "Let's eat!"

Surprisingly, Minah was able to hangout with Luhan after breakfast despite Seohyun's presence. How?
