· When One Door Closes...Another One Opens·

Myungsoo is heartbroken. He only had feelings for one girl, Mei Li. She was his first love.

But she didn't love him back. And he knew she never would. She had a love of her own.

And when he realized this, he changed.

He became a rude, cold, and arrogant jerk.

He enrolled into Woolim Academy, a school for the rich and musically talented. Mei Li's admiration for musically gifted people was the reason for this. But eventually, Myungsoo truly enjoys it.

He meets a group of friends and forms a band with them, called Infinite. They are the most popular group at Woolim by far, due to both their good-looks and true talent. Myungsoo opens up a little because of Infinite, but he's still cold to girls.

That is, until Krystal steps into Woolim Academy.

He is immediately captured by her beauty and innocence. It was exactly what had attracted him to Mei Li years ago.

However, he doesn't want to fall in love again.

What if he finds out he's not the only one feeling this way? And what if the inevitable happens?

Will he let her into his life, or will he push her out?

Foreword

	. Jung Soojung (Krystal) . She's an orphan who enrolled into Woolim Academy on a scholarship. She's poor, so she still has to work several jobs to maintain a living. She's only 19 years old, and although technically it's her first year at Woolim, she is a second year student. Her specialties are singing, dancing, and playing the flute. She's bright, talented, kind, friendly, and gullible. All she wants is to be accepted at Woolim for who she is.
	. Kim Myungsoo (L) . 21 years old, he's a third year student at Woolim Academy, and also the guitarist of the most popular band at Woolim, Infinite. He also sings and composes. The reason he enrolled into Woolim was because of his first love. She likes guys who are musically-talented, so he thought he could impress her this way. Sadly, she has someone else already. And since he found out, he becomes a cold jerk. The only people he talks to are Infinite, and he's too stubborn to open up to anyone else.
	. Choi Jinri (Sulli) . Also 19 years old, she's a second year student at Woolim Academy. Similarly to Krystal, she also got in on a scholarship, but she did not skip to second year. Although she's pretty, kind, gentle, and talented, she's an outcast. She doesn't talk to anyone but teachers. She's not exactly shy, she just knows everyone dislikes her because of rumors that had spread.
	. Kim Sunggyu . 24 years old, he's a fourth year student at Woolim Academy. He's also the leader and one of the lead vocalists of the band, Infinite. He's serious, observative, and funny. His best friend is Woohyun even though he can be extremely annoying sometimes. He loves all of his dongsaengs in Infinite and treats them like his real brothers, which, they might as well be.
	· Jang Dongwoo · 23 years old, he's a fourth year student at Woolim Academy and also the rapper of Infinite. Not only does he rap, but he's a very good dancer as well, along with his best friend, Hoya. Although he seems scary, he's actually very dorky, bright, and outgoing. If it wasn't for his appearance, he could definitely pass for the maknae.
	. Nam Woohyun . 23 years old, he's a fourth year student at Woolim Academy. He's the other lead vocalist of Infinite, and his range would really amaze you. Besides singing, he also spends his time flirting with girls. Out of everyone from Infinite, he is the one that is the nicest to all of his female fans, despite how annoying they can get. He's greasy yet sweet once you get ot know him.
	. Lee Hoya . 22 years old, he's a third year student at Woolim Academy, and also the drummer in Infinite. He's best friends with Dongwoo since they have many similar interests like dance and hip hop. He's tough, sweet, generous, and thoughtful. He's also quite the athlete, which definitely attracts the female students - sometimes, the wrong girl.
	. Lee Sungyeol . 21 years old, he's a third year student at Woolim Academy, and also the bass player of Infinite. He's best friends with Myungsoo although Myungsoo doesn't acknowledge it. He's very playful, hyper, and funny. Despite his height, he just screams 'choding'. He's been trying to get Myungsoo out of his slump, but nothing seems to work.
	. Lee Sungjong . 20 years old, he's a second year student at Woolim Academy. He's the newest member of Infinite, so he doesn't exactly have one person that he sticks with all the time, but rather all of them. He plays the keyboard in Infinite, and he's also the maknae. He often uses his aegyo on his hyungs to get free stuff or get out of trouble. Noonas even call this pretty boy 'oppa' when he's clearly younger.
