Ch 10 Meeting again

Meant to be?

Sorry for the late update!! I want to thank 1623love for commenting again!! I love you!! Anyway, I really want to thank people for reading my story, I almost have 500 views!! You guys are probably like that's not a lot, but for a rookie like me it's like amazing. So anyway, read and relax and of course comments are appreciated like always =D

Hey guys,

By the time you guys get this letter, I won't be with you guys anymore. Don't worry, I didn't run off to commit suicide if that's what you guys are thinking. I just needed to get away from all this and think. Don't blame Jin. It's not his fault. To say it in a cheesier way, it's not him, it's me haha. I know that you guys are probably really mad and worried about me right now and I don't blame you at all. Yesterday night I really wanted to tell you guys but the words wouldn't come out. I knew that if I told you guys, you guys wouldnt let me leave and this problem will never be solved. Right now, you guys are probably saying something along the lines of how is leaving going to solve this problem and to tell you the truth, I don't know. I just know that time repairs all things. For the weirdest reason, when I was writing this I kept thinking of a conversation that I had with Maru a long time ago. We were cooking in the kitchen and he asked me how long I was going to stay with you guys, and I answered as long as you need me. I wasn't lying but the Maki who said that isn't here anymore and I need to find her before I lose her forever. We'll meet again one day, for sure, but until then goodbye. Wishing you guys nothing but happiness

                                                                                                            Love, Maki

Kame let the letter drop from his hands after he finished reading it out loud to the rest of the members.  "She's gone." Koki repeated over and over again trying to grasp this fact. The boys walked over to the couches and collasped on them. Nobody said anything for a while but justletting the truth sink in. All of a sudden, Jin stood up and ran upstairs. Junno made a move to stop him, but Ueda stopped him. "Just let him go, he needs to realize this for himself." Jin ran to the top of the stairs and crashed into her room, expecting to see her but of course seeing nothing but an empty room. He opened the closet to find it empty. Finally, he collasped on her accepting the inevitable truth. She had left him.  He suddenly caught eye of a white envelope lying on the bedside table. It was addressed to him. Frantically, he opened it up knowing that it had to be from Maki. The familiar handwriting gave him a brief feeling of hope.

Dear Jin,

I knew that you wouldn't accept the truth this easily, so of course you would be the first one to run into my room and look for me. To tell you the truth, it took me forever to write this letter. I didn't want to leave with things between us like this so that was the reason for this letter. It was hard leaving the guys, but it was even harder to leave you. No matter how we ended up, I wanted to thank you for all the happy memories that you gave me. You opened my heart after I closed it and showed me that even though life may seem dark at times, there will always be a ray of light shining. You were my ray of light. Thank you. I sincerely wish you all the happiness in the world and no matter what happens you'll have a special place in my heart that no one can replace.

                                                                              Love, Maki.

A tear drop appeared on the page and Jin had completely broken down. HIs body shaked with uncontrollable sobs and tears fell down his face. "Maki..." He stared longingly at the door, hoping for her to suddenly crash through the door telling him that it was all a joke before giving him a tight hug. Memories started flooding through his body as he looked around the room. Memories of him holding her tightly as she slept, talking throughout the entire night, her telling him how much she loved him. An hour passed and he realized that she wasn't coming throught that door. "Maki... what am I suppose to do now? How am I suppose to keep on going now?"

-1 year later-

"Maki!Order up!" I turned around and smiled at the boss/chef of this small restaurant where I had been working for this past year. The money wasn't bad and I still made enough to support Ryu, besides I had a lot of fun working here with my boss Aya-san and Yuri-chan , my coworker and good friend. I grabbed the food and gave it to a smiling elderly couple. Dinner time was always the busiest and I sighed in relief when everybody was gone. Aya-san went to the storeroom, I was cleaning up and Yuri was reading the entertainment section of today's newspaper. I turned around to tell her to help me when a sharp scream of her distracted me from doing so. I quickly ran over to her. "What is it!?!" "Nothing... but the latest gossip about Akanishi and Matsumi!!! I will never understand how a girl like her got a guy like him." I didn't answer but just turned around, feeling the familiar pain shoot up into my heart. The news about these two had been going on for almost 10 months now and I could still feel the pain. But as long as he was happy, I would be happy for him. True to my word though, I had found the old Maki again and I don't plan on losing her anytime soon.

I was broken out of my thoughts when Aya-san came walking back out with a large smile on her face and holding something behind her back. "What is it?" Yuri asked with a curious look on her face. She held up two tickets with a humogous smile on her face. "Aya-san we will NOT go to another opera with you." She looked at Yuri with a irritated face and turned to me instead.  "Well, in order to thank my two best employees, I bought you guys two FRONT ROW seats to KAT-TUN's concert tomorrow night. Yuri gave a shriek of delight and went crazy fangirl on Aya-san. By now, you guys whould've guessed that she was a humongous fan.  "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She grabbed the tickets and turned to me with a big smile on her face. "This is gonna be so fun!" I replied half heartedly wondering how it was going to go tomorrow.

Concert

"Wow! These seats really are front row seats!" We were literally right in front of the stage and I couldn't help but worry if the boys were going to see me. I wasn't completely ready to see them yet, but there was a huge chance that they wouldn't even notice me. I mean, I was just one person in a sea of people, what were the chances? The concert started and I stood up along with the rest of the fangirls. Cheering and screaming erupted all around us and I couldn't help but get caught along with the atmosphere. The boys appeared and I couldn't be any happier seeing them again. Each one of them hadn't changed, they were just the same as they were, especially Jin. This was the world that he belonged in and I saw it for the first time. I was so caught up in the concert that I didn't notice someone had already seen me. Turning to look somewhere else, I met up with they eyes of a boy I knew too well. Ueda! He looked straight at me, beaming and there was no doubt that he wasn't looking past me but straight at me. I beamed back at him and waved to him telling him that I saw him but that was it. He looked back at me as if understanding me and turned back to his audience. The rest of the concert went by smoothly and I dragged Yuri out of the arena immediately after the encore wanting to go back to the restaurant. I knew that if I stayed any longer, Tat-chan would come and find me and I wasn't ready yet.

When I got back to the restaurant, I saw Aya-san cleaning up and I immedaitely picked up a tray and started helping her clean up. She asked me how the concert was and I replied good but left it at that. She seemed to have sensed that I didn't feel like talking because she didn't pursure it any longer. The bell rung signaling the door opening and Yuri turned to the customer telling him that they were closed.

"I was wondering if I could talk to Maki?"

I turned around at the sound of my name and the tray dropped from my hands falling to the floor with a crash. My eyes widened at who it was and Yuri and Aya-san watched the scene unveiling before their eyes.

"How did you find me?"
