Everything started when your childhood crush -who is your best friend-, broke your heart. And out of sudden he moved away from Korea with his family without leaving a goodbye to you. You didn’t knew about he moved away, until your parents told you. Because of him, your outshining personality turned into someone who rude, arrogant, short-tempered and cold hearted. After 10 years since your last meeting with him, he came back to Korea and become your neighbor. What will happen to you if your parents went to overseas and left you with him?

PROLOGUE

            You, Kim Hana are the daughter of well-known business man in Korea. Of course your father has a lot of business members and he will get many invitation of having a dinner together with someone who has a big influence in business. One day, your family got an invitation on meeting The Oh’s family and The Wu’s family, the famous tycoon in Korea. And since that meeting, you become their child’s best friend.

“Wahh… you look so cute in the dress!” the 7 years old Sehun and the 8 years old Kris gave you the compliment, causing you to blush right away you heard them. The parents laughed and they continued to tease you in the restaurant. The atmospheres were very lively and happy when the 3 family reunited.

“Well, of course she looks cute. She always looks cute in any outfit. Hmm… I wonder who will be her boyfriend in the future.” Your mom secretly smirked and tapped your head, teasing you in silent. You glared at your mom menacingly and tried your best to not blushing. “Me! Me! Me! I want to be her boyfriend!” they raised their hands up and stared at each other; showing the I-raise-my-hand-first-not-you look. You covered your face with your hands because your face became as red as tomato right now.

“Hahaha Look, Hana ah. They wanted to be your boyfriend in the future. You’re so lucky to get two boyfriends at one time.” Mrs. Wu said to you. You looked up at her and she showed an angelic smile at you. The foolish grin spread at the two boys face and they wriggling their eyebrows at you; causing you to frown at them.“What if she will get married with one of them? I guess I have to make a big ceremony for it. Hahaha” Your face became blusher than before after heard your father words. “Daaaaaad! Stop teasing me!!” You wailed. You crossed your arms and puffed your cheeks; sulking.

 “Okay okay. I’m sorry, Hana ah.” Your dad voices softened your heart a bit, but you still in the sulking mode. “Are you still mad at me, princess?” You ignored your father and jutted your bottom lips. “What if I buy you a lot of ice cream, will you forgive me?” Your eyes sparkled when you heard the ice cream. Your lips bend upwards. “Promise?!” You asked him excitedly. “Yes, I promise!” Your father pointed his pinky fingers at you. “Then, I, Kim Hana the princess forgive you. Pinky promise!” You intertwined your pinky fingers at him. Everyone laughed at your cute behavior.

“T-They…. H-he… what?! He moved to America?!” You asked your parents in disbelief. Tears started to collect in your eyes; waiting to fall down to your cheeks. “Yes, Hana. Sehun and his family moved away from Korea. I’m sorry, sweetheart.” Your mother caressed your cheeks and hugged you.“I-I hate him! I hate him!! How could he not saying goodbye at me?!! I hate him!!!!” You pulled away from the hug and ran into your room, leaving your parents in shock. “Oh no, I shouldn’t tell her about this.” Your mother covered her face with her hands and shook her head. Your father approached her and embraced her with his arms. “You made a good job, honey. I know she will be okay with it.”

You ran into your room and slammed the door as loud as you could. You buried your face at the bed and began to cry. You didn’t understand what was going on and why was it happened to you. The sound of your cries became your lullaby, as your eyelids getting heavier and it drove you into sleep.
