Chapter 41
The SM heiressWeeks seemed to wiz past and it was E-jin and Baekhyun’s wedding.
“Do I look alright?” E-jin asked uncertainly as she stepped out of the changing room. She twirled around in her white lace wedding dress and gave us a full three-sixty view.
“Alright? You look beyond fabulous!” I grinned as I sat down onto the chair to get my hair done by the hair stylist.
“Baek will like it, won’t he?” Her voice showed that she was nervous.
I rolled my eyes. This soon-to-be-bride is stressing herself too much.
“Please...you were soaked in perspiration and dressed in baggy tee-shirts plus sweatpants when Baekhyun fell for you. Chillax”
I spun round and gazed at my reflection in the mirror. My dress was a cream-colored skater dress, which ended above the knee. There was an outer layer of white lace over the cream-colored material. My black hair was dyed back to black. You can’t expect a maid-of-honour with a crazy head of rainbow. The hair stylist had curled them into soft waves and made me wore a beige hairband that I must say was pretty cute with all the pearls and diamonds. E-jin had gotten for me a pair of cream pumps, saying that it will make me look even more adorable. I think that’s the look she was making me go for.
I looked over to Eunhae. She was clad in a pink, knee-length dress, with pearls sewn on its bust-line. She was in a pair of white stilettos. Her dyed brown hair was braided into a fish braid and a pink bow was tied at its end.
“It’s your cue” E-jin’s father came into the room and smiled at us as we bowed to him as a form of respect.
E-jin wiped away a single drop of tear that leaked out from her eye, before wrapping an arm around her father’s.
