The SM heiress
Yena stepped into the conference room in the SM building, clad in an Alberta Ferretti floral blouse from the 2014 spring collection, a pair of orange pants and Gio Diev heels. Jongin and Sunhwa were already in the conference room.
“You are early” Jongin said sarcastically as he glanced up from all the paperwork. Sunhwa isn’t doing anything resourceful, other than stealing glances at Jongin.
“I’m not exactly a morning person, Jong” Yena rolled her eyes and settled down on a chair. “So what have we got?”
“What about Jeju-do?” Jongin asked. Yena shrugged her shoulders.
“Good choice of location, Mr Kim. Considering Jeju-do having a high number of tourists and the land is cheaper than in Seoul.”
“You are talking to the Mr Kim Jongin. What do you expect?” Jongin smirked.
“Getting a little cocky aren’t you?”
Sunhwa blinked. As far as she could remember, the Kim Jongin is an ice prince since childhood, rarely smile, rarely laugh. And here he is, sitting in front of her, laughing because of another girl. She tightened her grip, crumpling the paper she was holding.
“The board of directors had decided to build a shopping mall and a hotel in Jeju-do.” Jongin read the texts from the papers.
“Shopping mall? Hotel?”
“Yup” Jongin nodded.
“But don’t you think that a shopping mall doesn’t fit into our location?”
