Chapter 28
The SM heiress
“No matter how I try to put myself into their skins, I just can’t” Yena ran her fingers through her hair in frustration
“Can’t what?” Jongin asked as he transferred a chicken drumstick from his plate to her’s.
“Don’t you find it funny? Kimz is still investing in this megaproject even though they are going bankrupt.”
“Really? I only heard that they are contributing 20% to this project.”
“20% to a going-bankrupt company is a lot” Yena said as she bit the drumstick.
“So you are trying to say?”
“I think that they have some ulterior motive. If not, why must they even bother to invest in such a megaproject?” Yena said . “Just my opinion”
“You do have a point, you know.”
“Maybe I’m thinking too much, but still, I think we have to be careful and aware.”
“I had already presented your idea to the board of directors.” Jongin said.
“So what did they say?” Yena asked.
“Some liked the idea, while some…well, can’t seem to accept the idea.”
Sunhwa smirked.
“I could convince them” Yena replied casually.
“I’m sure you can.”
“Help me with it, Jongie”
The whole entire Young Elites were at Jongin’s place.
“Heard that you two are working with that Kim Sunhwa girl?” Lay asked.
“Don’t even start” Yena said.
Lay stared at Yena in confusion. “That bad?”
“You should smell her perfume. And that attitude of her’s stink as bad as her perfume.”
They chuckled.
“She’s acts like a shih tzu.” Jongin shook his head.
“A shih tzu?” Kris asked, sipping his orang juice.
“Yeah, the little, annoying toy dog with long brown hair.” Jongin groaned.
“I had a shih tzu once when I was 6, annoyed the hell out of me.” Sehun grimaced.
The 11 members started laughing.
“I remember that dog. Suki was it? Or was it Sumi?” Suho grinned.
“Than what happened?” Yena asked out of curiosity.
