I scooted as far in as I could away from them and looked out the window as they all piled in.  

“You don’t know how worried sick we were.” 

“I wonder how long it’ll be before all this hits the press.” 

Leeteuk glared at me. “Shut up with that! For the sake of my fame?! I don’t need some adoption to get people to like me, I would never use another person in that way. You say it so carelessly! Like none of us care for you!” 

“That’s how you acted! You all acted as if I didn’t exist!” 

“That’s what you wished for, and we acted immaturely to let you leave like that. But if we get home and you think about it over night and you still want to leave, I’ll let you.” 

I stared at him in shock before I lowered my gaze and looked at the window. I was fighting tears. I didn’t want to leave, but I also wanted them to treat me like an adult. “Fine.” 

The rest of the guys turned around in the car and the ride back to their home was silent. Once we got there, I filed out behind them and went straight for my room. As I walked in, Sungmin went to approach me but stopped when Leeteuk held his hand up. 

In the room, the bed was made and the clothes were gone. A quick check of one drawer showed they had put it all back where it was before. Before long, I dozed off.  

A buzzing noise in my ear alerted me. I grabbed my phone and looked at the most recent text: 

Jisu: HEY! MY MOM SAID TEUK SAID HE FOUND U!!! R U OK?! 

Me: I’m ok, I just woke up frm my nap. 

Jisu: Where’d they find u?? 

Me: School -__- 

I stretched and scrolled through the other messages on my phone, mostly from Super Junior, a few from Dawook and Minji.  

Minji: Tell me where u r! I wont tell anyone Sunmi-ah please! ** Did someone kidnap u?! Send just a letter, a space if u can! 

Dawook: Hi:D  ** Wanna grab lunch tomorrow? 

Kangin: Sunmi, call me back. ** Sunmi, this isnt a joke and iknow u see these msgs! 

Ryeowook: Sunmi, we love you. We shouldn’t have been so evil. Please, call any of us or send a text saying you are okay! Sunmi, please! 

Heechul: Hey, if I don’t get a message from you soon, I’ll commit a crime. ** Where did you go if you’re not home!? 

Donghae: Sunmi, we need to talk, come home soon. I love u 

Eunhyuk: If ur not answerin this phone call or texts because of tht kid, I’ll murder him w.my bare hands! 

Henry: I’m flying back home right now! How dare u go missing like this and not respond to anyone!!
