Ara’s eyes slowly opened and a curve formed on her lips before her eyes closed once more. She did not really fall asleep earlier when Chanyeol was still around. She was too shy to tell him to return to his room and sleep for that will show her concern. In the end, she decided to fake sleep and let him leave on his own.

“Here’s the yogurt you wanted,” Chanyeol said as he placed the creamy fermented milk on top of the table. He sat across her and opened his chocolate bar then began munching it.

They were at the cafeteria. Bizarre as it sounds but they were actually hanging out. It was something new, it might happen so fast but after last night, Ara was in a good mood. She even cooked breakfast for Chanyeol and called him from his room, asking him to join her eat.

At first, Chanyeol was in a state of doubt; but in the end, he started to enjoy this new Ara, nice and friendly, at the same time not awkward.

“Anything else you want to eat?”

“I’m craving for some nuts.”

“Okay, I’ll go get you some.” He stood and was about to walk away, but then returned. He pressed his palms onto the table leaning closely to Ara. “What kind of nut?”

Taking a look from afar, they seem like close friends or more like in the boat of togetherness already. Not knowing them closely, they might be mistaken as a couple already.

Chanyeol returned to the table. In his hand was the bag of almonds. “Here’s your nuts.” He handed her the bag.

“Thanks!”

“You seem to be in a good mood today. What’s up?” He was curious all of a sudden, wanting to find the answers to this changed girl in front of him.

She shrugged. “I don’t really know. Must be the weather.” She smiled before finishing her yogurt completely. Afterwards, she opened the bag of almonds, and started chewing it.

Chanyeol looked at the window. It was raining. The sky was dark. It sort of confused him that it made him scratch his head.

“The weather?” But it’s raining…”

Ara was dumbfounded. It was raining? She thought it was a nice day. Her excuse somehow failed. Turns out it was the other way around. “Really?” She looked at the window to confirm it. Verified and she was embarrassed. “…I-I love the rain. Such a really nice weather, don’t you think?” She was collected and got her cool back.

“I guess so.” He shrugged. “But hey…”
