Yoonjo and Ara parted ways. While the former was walking, she bit her chocolate bar forcefully as she gritted her teeth. “Ara, why do you always end up winning?” She muttered to herself, frustrated but not in a serious manner. They always have playful fights and still be friends the next minute.

“Oh!” She exclaimed; eyes widened upon spotting Chanyeol who happened to passed by. He seemed to be in a hurry with his fast pace.

“Chanyeol,” she called, running towards the lad. Hearing his name, he turned around and saw the blonde girl. Squinting, he familiarized himself with her and grinned upon remembering. Oh yeah, she is Ara’s friend.

“Hey there, have you seen Ara?” – it was brought up quickly. Like the usual extrovert person he was, he became comfortable around her already.

The question – it put her into deep thinking. Bewildered by the sudden events between her friend and this guy, she pondered over their actions. He was looking for her? That must be the reason why he was in a hurry awhile ago, she thought. Ara was acting a bit strange earlier. She seems to be avoiding him and now, he is looking for her. Something’s odd here. She her chin on her speculation.

Somehow, at some point, thinking over the ideas that jumbled in her head, she felt like the messenger between these two. Why don’t they just talk personally themselves?

The minute earlier, she was with Ara discussing about Chanyeol. Now, she’s with Chanyeol and they were discussing about Ara.

“She just headed to her class.”

“Great! I better get going now.”

He seemed to be too eager to leave this place and see Ara already.

He must’ve wanted to get his shoes back. She nodded to herself.

“Wait!” She ran after him again and he turned to face her. “Speaking of Ara, she wanted to give this to you.” She raised the paper bag which contained his shoes. Chanyeol looked inside the bag as he grabbed it, before smiling at Yoonjo and muttering a ‘thanks’.

“Don’t mention it!”

“Okay. I’ll be on my way now,” he said but as he was ready to go his way, she stopped him once more.

I thought he wanted to see Ara to get his shoes back but I guess I was wrong. There seems to be a different story behind it. Is there something going on between them? Maybe they’re dating. Tsk. Ara, why aren’t yo
