Runway Man Hater

The air was tensed every time she strutted by the sidewalk like the runway model she was. She chewed her gum and spitting it off made it directly hit the corner that the wall and ground intersected. Her face wearing the usual expression she protrudes – a poker face. With the way she marched, it made people turn their heads to look at her. The wind brushed through her face, towards her hair, making it elegantly flow as she gradually moved forward. More so, she was also practicing her catwalk while strutting. She had been on her modelling break for a couple of months to focus on her studies.
Minutes later, the bell rang. She slammed her books on the top of her desk. A loud thud was produced as the bound collection of pages collided with the table. Turning left and right, she observed the other students in her class. On the left side of her near the windows, a guy with a dark-brown hair positioned himself. She can’t stand them – boys, I mean. Everything they did, bothered and annoyed her. Boys, they’re so annoying. I just want to rupture their bones and –

The sudden interference made her veins twitch in anger. She turned with one eyebrow raised at him. “What?” She said in callous.
“Do you have an extra pen?” He beamed at her. His eyes were big, they were truly captivating. But that didn’t melt Ara’s heart nor gave her any butterflies in her stomach.
