Yoona was walked back and forth in the living room, waiting for her husband to come home. She kept glancing at the watch on her wrist. Two hours had passed.

“Where the hell is he? I’m definitely going to kill this guy.” Yoona grumbled to herself. She checked her phone and dialled Jonghyun’s number but he didn’t pick up. She sighed and rested herself on the couch, crossing her arms.

A few minutes later, the door rang. Yoona walked hurriedly to the door and opened it.

“I’m sorry. I’m really, really sorry...” said Jonghyun, panting. He was running up the staircase instead of using the elevator. Every seconds of waiting for the elevator kills him.

“Where have you been?!”

Jonghyun gulped. He was looking elsewhere, avoiding Yoona’s eyes. “I fell asleep at the studio.”

“You what?? You’re supposed to be here at 7pm. You’re so unbelievable.” Yoona pushed the door but Jonghyun stopped it. Yoona walked into the living room, leaving Jonghyun at the door.

Jonghyun followed her. “We were recording till morning and I’m exhausted. So I fell asleep. Even Jungshin slept in the studio with me. I’m sorry dear.” He put a cute look on his face, tried to console his wife.

“Whatever.” Yoona crossed her arms and gave him an annoy glare. “You’re late. ONE HOUR LATE!”

“Yoona-yah, forgive me please. I didn’t mean to be late. Okay, I make it up to you. I’ll take you to anywhere you want, I’ll buy you anything you want but please don’t be mad at me. Please...please...” Jonghyun pouted cutely.

Yoona looked away. She was definitely upset. Jonghyun promised her dinner quite a few times but he seemed to never fulfil it.

Jonghyun sat next to her. “My dear, forgive me please...” He held her hand, asking for forgiveness. “I didn’t do it on purpose.”

Yoona sighed heavily. She lost against him. His innocent face melted her heart. “Okay, apologize accepted. But dinner is on you.”

Jonghyun smiled happily as his coaxing succeeded. “Let’s go.” He took Yoona’s hand and dragged her out.

After a nice and chatty dinner, the couple decided to stroll in the park nearby their apartment. Yoona clung tightly onto Jonghyun’s waist, feeling the warmth of him while Jonghyun wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

“A little but I’m fine.” Yoona showed her eye-smile. Being around his embrace was comforting enough.
