Blind date

N * Cho hee (+ minhyuk )

Cho hee * N (vixx) ( + minhyuk )

'' MOM!'' Cho hee yelled into her phone. '' I don't want a boyfriend! How many times have I already told you!''

'' But Cho hee you're already in you twenties.'' Cho hee's mom said.

'' So what?'' Cho hee answered. '' I don't need one I am perfectly fine on my own.''

Cho hee loved her mom but she really should stop trying to get her the perfect guy. It is not that Cho hee doesn’t want to marry. she was just 22 still and still a university student. Cho hee found that study and a job was more important than the perfect man, but her mother obviously thought otherwise. She has been asking Cho hee for years when she was going to get married. The last two years her mom even sent her blind dates. If those dates where at least some nice guys but every date had been an enormous disaster. Cho hee was sick of it but her mom just wouldn't listen.

'' Cho hee I promise this time it is not a disaster it is a perfectly fine guy from your fathers company. Just give him a chance.'' Cho hee moms said to Cho hee.

'' No mom.'' Cho hee said. '' Would you just stop it! I don't want a boyfriend.''

'' Cho hee!'' Cho hee mom yelled. '' If you don't go on that date I will cut all your money!''

'' Fine.'' Cho hee hissed. '' But this really is the last time!''

'' He will meet you at four at the rose coffee cafe, the right table next to the window.'' Cho hee's mom said. '' I love you bye.''

Her mother hangs up the phone before Cho hee could say anything.

*Four? * Cho hee looked at her phone. *oh no! It’s already three and I am not even close to the coffee shop I need to go now. *

Cho hee walked into the coffee shop ordered a mocha coffee and sat down at one of the tables next to the window. It was now exactly four he could come any moment now.

Then a really handsome looking guy walked into the coffee shop. *please let him be my date!* cho hee thought and crossed her fingers. He looked up at her and smiled, cho hee smiled back. But her smiled faded when he sat down at the table next to her. He was not her date. Cho hee sight and mindlessly stared out the window, but snapped out of it because someone stuttered her name

'' c-c-c ho h-h-h-heee?''

Cho hee looked up a guy probably a bit younger than her was standing at my table. He was not that ugly but the glasses and old fashion clothes and the fact he was probably younger where in enough to already make her uninterested.

'' yes.'' Cho hee said. '' Are you my date?''

'' yeah.'' he answered.

Cho hee could clearly see he was nervous. Obviously he hadn't been on a lot of dates.

'' So.'' Cho hee said. '' What is your name?''

'' minhyuk.'' the boy said.

Cho hee took a sip of her coffee.

'' And how old are you?'' she asked.

'' 21.'' minhyuk said.

Cho hee raised an eyebrow. *Mom seriously a two years younger is too much! *

Minhyuk seemed to be a bit more at ease at least he didn't stutter anymore.

'' Cho hee.'' minhyuk started. '' I am so happy to finally meet you I heard a lot about you from your dad.''

Cho hee looked up. * My father talked about me? *

'' Oh, what did he say.’’? Cho hee asked.

'' He said you where such a beautiful nice girl and he was right.'' minhyuk said.

'' That’s nice of you to say. '' Cho hee told minhyuk but apparently minhyuk had overcome all his shyness and apperently he was a really talkative guy.

'' I also heard you are studying music composing and want to work at your fathers company when you are older. Oh and you love nail art.'' minhyuk went on.

Minhyuk kept on talking and talking about cho hee. He was literally talking the ears of her head! How did her mother think I would like him! I thought I told her I like the mysterious quiet types. * Aish! She never listens to me. * Cho hee thought.

Cho hee drank the last bit of her coffee minhyuk just kept talking and talking she was at the edge of her patience. She was rubbing the back of her neck with always happened when she was getting angry. Apparently minhyuk had no clue she was getting angry because he grabbed her hand.

'' Cho hee.'' minhyuk said in a soft voice. '' I really like you!''

'' What do you think you are doing Cho hee!’’?

You looked up and saw the really handsome guy. You didn't know the guy at all , you wish you did though.

'' What are you talking about?'' Cho hee asked.

The guy ignored her question and violently pulled her out of her chair.

'' What do you think you are doing!’’? Cho hee yelled.

The guy ignored her and instead of her was focused on minhyuk.

'' What gave you the right to hit on my girlfriend!'' the unknown handsome guy spat to minhyuk.

WHAT?! * Cho hee thought, but before she could answer he pulled her arm and dragged her out of the café.

Cho hee struggled to get free but his grip was too strong.

'' Let me go! ‘Cho hee yelled.

When they crossed the road and around the corner he suddenly let her go.

Cho hee wanted to run away, but he grabbed her arm again.

'' wait.'' the guy said. '' Sorry, for that.''

'' What?'' Cho hee asked confused.

The guy rubbed the back of his neck.

'' It seemed you needed help?'' the guy said.

'' I didn't need help!'' Cho hee almost yelled. '' And I am definitely not your girlfriend.''

'' Was that your boyfriend then?'' the guy asked.

'' No way.'' Cho hee said.

'' I already thought so.'' the guy said.

'' What do you mean?'' Cho hee asked.

'' Well...'' the guy rubbed the back of his neck again. '' I overheard your conversation. I guessed you had some kind of blind date because you had asked if he was your date. It looked like you didn't like him at all. You looked bored and uncomfortable and maybe even angry. And I wanted to help you. So I put on a scene''

Cho hee looked at him in surprise. He was totally right I was border and uncomfortable and yes I was getting angry.

'' oh.'' was all Cho hee could bring out.

'' Did I do something wrong?'' the guy asked.

'' No, no.'' Cho hee said. '' You were right, my mom wanted me to go on blind dates, but she always picked the wrong guys. Thank you for saving me from that guy.''

'' No problem.'' the guy said. '' It is always nice to help a cute girl.''

Cho hee blushed. Cho hee felt attracted to this mysterious guy who had saved her.

'' I should be going now I need to get back to my job at the cafe'' the guy pointed to the cafe she had just been dragged out.

'' You work there?'' Cho hee asked.

'' Yes. '' The guy answered. '' But I really should go now otherwise the boss will be angry.

The guy turned around and started walking away.

'' Wait what is your name?'' Cho hee yelled to him.

He turned around

'' Hakyeon, cha hakyeon but everyone calls me N.'' he yelled back. '' Come by the cafe sometime I will give you a free coffee.''

Cho hee smiled.

* N. * Cho hee thought. * I guess I need to go to this cafe again, maybe my mom would finally get off my back.

i am soo sorry to portrai minhyuk like an annoying person here i really do love him, but his looks in the drama heartstrings just fit with the talkative nerd. i am sorry!!!
