"Ring?" He asks in confusion.
Yun-Ji points to your hand.
"That ring around her finger." She smiles fakely.
Without looking, he says
"Ah, yes... See i buy her a lot of rings, i dont know which one you were talking about." He eye smiles.
Yun-Ji smiles a weak smile and bows.
"Ill be going now. Bye, Hana." She walks away clacking her highheels on the floor.
'Haha.' You think to yourself. 'But why did he show her his eye smile? That kind of ticked me off.'
"Hana, you got some explaining to do." He says.
You looked at him and said "Thanks."
You started walking away when your ankle had a huge cramp. You fell to your knees, but no inch further because
Sunggyu grabbed hold of your body.
"Let go of me." You aggressively say, not wanting anyone to see your weak state.
"And if i dont?" He says, and picks you up like a groom to his bride. You put your arms round his neck in surprise.
He picked up your grocery bag.
He walks around looking for a place to sit. You are staring at his facial features on the way.
He looks at you and you look away quickly. He smiles and places you on the stores couch.
"Whats wrong?" He asks.
You look away from him.
"Nothing." You pout.
He puts down your grocery bag, gets up and turns around like hes about to walk away.
"Ankle." You say while your eyes water up. You dont blink because if you did, a tear would fall out and you would
really start to cry. But your eyes feel dried up and you cant help but blink.
A tear falls out. And another after another.
He takes your purse and rummages through it.
"W-what are you doing?" You weakly ask.
"Wheres your handkerchief?" He asks hurredly.
You think for awhile.
"Its at home.. on the floor." You say.
He puts down your bag beside you and uses his hands to wipe your tears.
You stare at him while he wipes your tears.
"Fallen for me yet?" He asks.
"N-no! My ankle just hurts right now." You stutter.
He eye smiles, picks up your grocery bag, then turns around and bends all the way down to your level.
"Hop on." He says.
You stare at his back for awhile. He interrupts
"Hana?"
"A-ah, yes." You say while you grab your bag and jump on his back.
Your hearts beats faster while you tie your arms around his neck.
He shoots up, carrying you.
"Lets go to my place, i have a first aid kit there." He says.
You widen your eyes slightly.
"I-i got to pay for my shopping." You say.
"Of course, were going to go pay for it n-"
"I have icecream in it!" You interrupt.
"We can eat it at my place." He responds.
Dumbfounded, you accept it and fall to his back.
"Are you okay?" He asks.
"Yeah. Just tired." You say.
'I am so comfortable here' You think to yourself.
You both are in the line now, with people looking at you guys funny. You tighten your grip on him.
"Its okay, just ignore them." He says.
'Hes right. I should just close my eyes or something.'
You close your eyes, and almost doze off from the comfort because when you opened your eyes you were already outside.
You see him calling for a taxi. Confused, you put up your head and ask
"Wheres your car?"
"Car?" He asks.
"The first time i met you, you had a car. Even an attendant.." You say and rested your head on his back.
"Ah~" he says. "That was my friends. He owes me a debt and lets me ride around in his car. With him too, of course."
"As expected, it couldnt be yours." You say under your breathe and chuckle.
"What was that?" He asks.
"Nothing." You reply.
"Taxis here! Can you get in by yourself?" He asks.
"Of course." You say while he slowly puts you down.
You limp hurredly to the taxi and slam your hand against it from you moving to fast.
"Im okay." You say.
You get in the taxi and move a seat away from the door.
'Ah, wait hes going to sit in front.' You think while you move a seat back to the open door.
You close it at the same time Sunggyu is done packing your stuff in the trunk. He heads to the front of the car, opens the door and sits down.
You watching his every move, you fix his messy hair caused from the wind outside.
He stares at you, you sit back to your seat and look outside the window like nothing happened.
He closes his door and tells the taxi driver the address.
You smile at the whole situation.
