The Fate of The Red Thread
Dongwoo escorted you to your room.
It felt awkward that he was just across the hall from you.
"My bag!" You shout in remembrance.
You left it at home on your bed.
"The dress i borrowed was in there too." You said and fell to your feet.
You the white shoes, and red laces Mi-Hyun had got you.
"Its gonna be okay, Mi-Hyun." You said. "Im gonna be okay."
You shot up, and got ready for bed.
"Im gonna miss this." You said looking at a closet shelf filled with pajamas of different styles.
"Should i go with cute?... If not, y?" You ask yourself giggling.
The cute pajamas you had in front of you reminded you of that night with Sunggyu.
You threw the cute pink pajamas on the floor, and grabbed a plain night gown. You looked around the room,
"No one will come in." You say and start taking off your pants.
You put your pants in the closet, and took off your shirt to put in there too.
*knock*
The door opens, and your eyes jolt to the sight of Sunggyu standing there.
You fell, and he covered his eyes.
"Don-dont look!" You shout running to the washroom.
You shut the bathroom door and yelled "What do you want?!"
"I just wanted to apologize first, like a gentleman." He said.
You put your forehead on the door.
"Youre always the first. The first to leave me, the first to help me. What are you.."
He knocked on the door.
"What?" You ask, annoyed.
"I have your night gown here." He replied.
"N-night gown?" You ask and look at yourself wearing only underwear.
You slowly opened the door and stuck your hand out.
He put it in your hand and said "Come out quickly."
"Yes." You respond.
You come out to Sunggyu sitting on the bed and staring at you.
You crossed your arms and said "Okay. Apologize."
He stood up and said "I didnt know you would look so cute in this. This is like something halmoni's wear."
"What??" You ask. "Is this your way of apologizing?"
He walked up to you.
"Yeah, i said you looked cute didnt i?" He said playing with your hair.
You pushed his hand away.
"I am. Im also 29." You said and walked to your bed.
He was left speechless.
You moved the blanket over and said "You may leave."
He made his way over to you and kissed you, holding the back of your head with both of his hands.
You were fighting back at first, but started kissing him back.
Both of you were breatheless after the kiss he put his forehead against yours, still holding you.
"If its about that night.." He said. "Ill make it up to you."
You were weakened by his words.
He kissed your lips, then your cheek.
"Sunggyu.." You say.
He kissed your neck.
"Sunggyu, not tonight." You protest.
He looked you in the eyes and asked "Do you resent me?"
You put your hands on his.
"I dont kiss anyone i dont like." You said and put your head over his heart.
He wrapped his arms around you and smiled.
You are both in the bed, and he is still holding you.
Your finger is feeling all around his chest.
"This is a tight shirt." You say feeling around it.
"Dont touch me like that." He said. "Would you like it if i did it to you?"
You put your hand in a fist and punched him.
"You did already. Idiot." You said hiding your face in his chest.
"I did? When?" He asked.
You didnt respond.
He tapped you on the shoulder.
"Did you fall asleep? No. Wake up, Hana. Wake up!" He said.
"Im tired." You mumbled.
"Oh! I remember." He said.
"You do?" You ask him poking an eye out.
"Towel." He said and blushed.
You put your face in his cheat again. "Now im really tired."
"Fine. But one more question." He said putting one finger up.
"What is it?"
"Dont you have any friends?" He asked.
You hugged him.
"You and Dongwoo." You replied.
"Really? Thats it?"
"Thats it." You say.
"But with Dongwoo, you cant even go out for coffee. You can barely go with me to go get a coffee." He said.
"Youre not that popular." You say and laugh.
"Ch." He replied.
"Ah, i also have one question." You say.
"Hm?"
"What is his debt to you?" You ask, curious.
He stayed silent for awhile.
"Sunggyu?"
You looked up at him.
He kissed you and said "Ill tell you some other time."
Embarrassed by the kiss, you turned away from him.
He came closer to you and held you.
"G-Goodnight, Sunggyu." You said timidly.
He held on to you tighter, and nodded.
Smiles are on both of your faces, till you fall asleep in such comfort.
