The Fate of The Red Thread
You walked to him and sat beside him watching the tv.
Sunggyu looked at you, you saw him in the corner of your eye.

He took off his sweater and you turned to him. "What?" You ask him defending yourself like a ninja.
He smiled and put his sweater around you, leaving his hands to rest on your shoulders.
Startled, you held his hands to keep him from trying anything. Now your hands are on his.
You stared into his eyes that were already looking into yours.
He got up and looked like he was resisting.
"Wheres the bathroom?" He asked.
You pointed at the bathroom door in the kitchen.
He walked towards it and closed the door.
You blushed and held his sweater.
The landlady came in without knocking and said
"i warmed it up, Sunggyu."
"Hes in the washroom." You say and zipper the sweater.
"Oh. Well.. could you get some dishes ready?" She asks.
"Yeah." You say.
You go get out the bowls in the cabinets.
The lady already set down her dishes on the table and grabbed a bowl from you.
"Does Sunggyu like spicy food?" She asks happily pouring out kimchi into a bowl.
"I dont know, you should ask him." You say and smile.
Sunggyu comes out of the bathroom with a wet face and sort of wet hair.
"Wheres a towel?" He asks, his eyes still closed.
You get up. "Yah, its hanging here." You say walking to the bathroom and pointing at a towel hanging from the door.
He looks for the towel blindly, feeling his hands around where your voice was.
While looking for the towel, he accidently touched your chest.
"Oh here it is." He said feeling around it, and planting his face in his sweater to dry.
You were boiling up while he was drying his face in your chest.
When he was done, you made eye contact and you glared at him.
You kicked him where it would hurt most.
You politely walked back to the table and sat down while Sunggyu slowly knelt down in pain.
The lady was still making the dishes and finished. She saw Sunggyu and rushed to him.
"Omo, Sunggyu are you alright? Are you hurt here?" She asks feeling around his thigh.
"Jalmuhgetsumnida." You say and start eating.
Sunggyu walked towards the table, and the lady trailed behind him.
He sat in a slump, still in pain.
The lady asked him "Do you like spicy food?" and picked up a bottle of pepper spices.
"Yes, actually." He said looking at you.
The lady started putting some in his kimchi.
You stare at him looking at you. You continue to eat.
"You could say sorry." He said.
"YOU could say sorry." You say looking at him dead in the eyes.
The lady is still pouring the spices thinking about how it would make him happy.
He looked away first, and starting eating. You did too.
He shot up and ran to the fridge shouting "HOT. HOT. HOT."
You saw him screaming looking around in your fridge for a drink, and giggled.
He took out the milk and started drinking it.
"Yah." You say "Thats for cereal." still giggling.
He looks at you. Then to the landlady.
"Ma'am, we have to work early tomorrow." He says helping her up from the chair.
"We need to go to sleep, and so do you."
He holds the door open for her.
She laughs cutely. "I guess you do need your sleep. Have a good night."
She walks out the door and Sunggyu closes it, and the door almost falls on him.
But he picks it up and closes it.
He looks at the table, but youre not there.
"Yah, Hana." He says.
You giggle behind your bed.
He knocks on the bathroom door. "Hana."
He sneaks up on you and you are startled. Then he picks you up by your waist and you laugh because it tickles.
You both are on your bed rolling around and hes tickling you.
"Stop!"" You shout, smiling.
He stops when you both are facing eachother, and hes holding your waist.
Your arms are covering your chest, and your legs are being wrapped around with his.
You feel so secure in his embrace.
He holds you closer to him and you touch foreheads. You kiss him, and it tasted spicy from the kimchi.

You assure him its ok by laying your head in his neck, and your face on his collar bones.
You both fit perfectly, like puzzle pieces.
"I cant." He says calmly, holding you even tighter.
You look up at him, confused.
He has a slightly worried face on him.
You layed your hand on his cheek.
"Is it your first time?" You ask him.
"Thats not it." He says looking away.
He released you and started walking towards the door.
You pop up and walk to him. You held onto his arm.
"Sunggyu." You say.
He stood there for awhile.
"I'll tell someone to fix this door." He said and opened the door.
"Is there something wrong?" You ask, holding onto his arm even tighter.
He stood silent for awhile. "Youre the princess. Im just an assistant." He said.
"No. You see i was always trying to tell you i'm-" You were cut off by him slamming you against the door.
"And youre 29." He says, glaring at you.
He left.
You fell down to your knees in defeat.
