Cate looked around the small room and smiled. There wasn't much there except for a small bed and a few posters of some Kpop groups that she barely recognized because of her best friend's obsession. She, personally, listened to classical and other types of music, depending on her mood. There were four posters and she only recognized three of them: Super Junior, SHINee, and Big Bang. The fourth one had very attractive men standing in a dark pool of water on it. The one in the center looked vaguely familiar, but her mind went elsewhere when Thunder ran in.

“Noona! Hurry up and put your stuff away so that we can eat!” he said in a rush of Korean that Cate found difficult to understand.

Mrs. Park smacked her son across the head, “Yah! Mind your manners! Help her unpack if you're so eager.” The little boy nodded his head quickly and gave them both a big smile. Mrs. Park turned her attention back to Cate and smiled, “How do you like the room? I know you probably don't know anything about the people on the posters, but my daughter left them here. I thought you wouldn't mind it if you had the chance to learn more about our pop-culture.”

Cate returned the sweet woman's smile, “I love it. I already know a little bit about it, but not much. Thank you for letting me stay here.” She bowed her head low.

“WHAT???!!!” six voices yelled from inside the office at the top of the large building.

“What are you talking about? Who came up with this?” Wooyoung protested. “How is that supposed to be safe?”

The other five members stayed silent as JYP gave the stubborn member a look that told him to shut up. Once he was satisfied that there wouldn't be anymore protests, he continued, “We're doing this so that you can get closer to your American fanbase. We just pulled the company out of the country, but we still need to promote our talent. You were selected because you just came out with your new album and finished your tour of Asia. It's time to go to America.”

Wooyoung sighed, “I understand the want to tour in America, but do we really have to stay in those places?”

Taecyeon placed a hand on his shoulder to calm him, “We'll do whatever it is that you want us to do and would like to help with the selection process, if that wouldn't be too much.” The other members nodded their heads in agreement. Even Wooyoung nodded his head after a few short moments of brooding.

After taking an entire tour of the city each day that she was there after the long sessions of vocal training at the university, Cate somewhat knew her way around without getting lost. She wandered through the shops, looking at the different items being sold and listening to small conversations as she walked by, trying to see if she could understand them.

She walked by a group of girls in school uniforms and caught them saying things about something called 2PM and their tour going to the United States. Cate didn't know who they were talking about, but she assumed they were some kind of celebrities. She continued on her small journey and looked across the street. Her eye had caught itself on a music shop and walked to the crosswalk slowly, taking in her environment with each step.

People of all types walked by her, trying to get to their separate destinations of either home, work, or a date with a cute boy they had just confessed to that morning at school. She smiled a little, reveling at how different, yet similar, the people in Korea were to the people in the United States. She turned her attention back to the light of the crosswalk and waited for it to turn green, allowing her to cross the street and go into the music shop.
