CHARACTERS:

As: Sunny

Background - 8th grade girl who is dating main character Daehyun but they are seperated because of diferent schools. They have been dating for 1 year. She is 14 years old

As: Hyemi

Background - 16 years old in high school. She is the same age as Daehyun and goes to the same school as him

As: Daehyun

Background - The cute guy in school who is dating Sunny, who is 2 years younger than him. They only see each other once a week but Daehyun is having problems keeping faitful with all the pretty high school girls around him.

As: Yeongie

Background - Hyemi's good friend who is in a relationship. She is the same age as Hyemi and Daehyun

Introduction

           Daehyun, is one of the cute boys that people look at from afar but do not consider him as the dating type. They admire but dont speak. Sunny has dated Daehyun for one year but they rarely ever see each other. However, when Hyemi sees Daehyun for the first time, she admires with the other girls for about a year. They met through Yeongie, Hyemi's good friend and later Hyemi realizes that the only class she shares with Daehyun is homeroom, where they meet once a week for ten minutes. Hyemi and Daehyun speak to each other once in a while but do not get too far past "Hello" and "How are you?" One year later, when Hyemi realizes that Daehyun is dating Sunny, she regrets those times of not keeping a conversation with him. She had secretly liked him for a whole year but was unable to show her true feelings to him. But now, being in their Sophomore year of high school together, Hyemi begins to take taekwondo for the first time at school. Surprizingly enough, Daehyun is experienced with taekwondo, and is also assinged to be one of the instructors for the taekwondo class at school. Hyemi sees this as on opportunity to bond with him once again and move further than she had been before.
