CHAPTER 12

My expression must be freaking hilarious.

Because Yoona has been laughing for 30 minutes straight!

“Unnie.. I’m.. I’m just kidding!! Hahahahahahahahaha!!” She let out her alligator laugh.

I just stood there with a “not amused” face.

“You told me you are in love just to prank on me?”

“Well it’s a long time since I prank you unnie, I can’t help it.”

Tsk. Once a prankster always a prankster.

She suddenly turned serious.

“I’m glad you got into that accident actually. At least you are back being happy and dorky.”

Taeyeon’s depression must be worrying her members. I’m glad they care for her so much.

I wonder how is she doing now…

“Promise me you will always be this cheerful, okay?” Yoona patted my head.

Lol who’s the unnie now?

“I will.” I gave her an assured smile.

“Since you are so obedient I shall tell you Tiffany unnie’s secret!”

Sounds good.

“What?” My ears perked up.

“She… is dating with Nickhun oppa!”

With that she ran out of the room.

I got pranked again! =.=

Feeling energized after the talk with Yoona, I went to the living room to watch the TV.

It’s Jessica’s “Wild Romance” replaying. That kiss scene that “killed” many sones.

I watched intensely.

Seem like Jessica isn’t that responsive after all.

Somehow I felt happy. There must be something really wrong with me!

“Feeling happy right?” I turned around. Yoona again!

She sat beside me.

“What feeling happy?”

“Watching this kiss scene.”

“Why must I feel happy?”

“Cos Sica unnie is like a statue being kissed.”

Erm what does she mean by that?? I raised an eyebrow.

Yoona smiled.

“Hahaha I don’t mean anything.”

=.= I made her famous fish face to her.

“Unnie! That’s ugly!” She threw a cushion at me.

“What? That’s your most famous expression!”

“You!! Your ahjumma laugh is worse!!” She started mimicking Taeyeon’s laugh.

“Well I’m not the face of the group! It’s you!” I retorted.

And this “argument” went on for 1 hour…

Yoona left for her schedule, meaning I’m left alone with Tiffany.

I contemplated on whether I should go check on her.

But then she just yelled at me for no reason just now!

Well, she is in a bad mood right? I should forgive her.

I am supposed to be the leader after all.

Then something struck me.

Did she mention about Sunmi just now? Don’t tell me…

Argh stupid Yuri!

I rushed to her door. I was about to knock when she opened the door and came out.

We stood in front of each other awkwardly for a few minutes.

“Erm.. Sorry that I yelled at you tae, I didn’t mean it.” She bowed.

“Nah it’s ok, I understand.”

Then it was awkward silence again.

“Anyway about Sunmi, we are not together, it’s a misunderstanding. I suppose you overheard Yuri and Jessica’s conversation?”

“Yeah, I did..” She looked embarrassed.

“Yuri was just too jealous.. anyway we are fine now."

“Ok..”

I decided to ask her about Nickhun.

“So you and..”

“Will you accept Jessica?” She cut me off again.

“What?” I am a bit stunned by her question.

“You know she likes you right? Will you accept her?”

“Fany, this is not a question I can answer now.” I gave my most honest reply.

“So there is a possibility that you will accept her right?”

Gosh she is really persistent.

“Well, never say never.”

Who knows what will happen in the future anyway.

Her expression looks like a mix of different emotions. I can’t really make them out. Is she happy or sad or.. jealous?

“Anyway about you and Nickhun..” I changed the topic.

“I think we are done.” She replied without any hesitation.

What?!

“Fany ah even married couples are bound to have argument, just sort it out with him?”

“It’s not that.”

“Not what?”

“Not about the arguments we had. I think.. maybe I’m not that into him.”

Not that into him?

“You mean you don’t love him at all?” I asked.

“No.. but perhaps not as deep as I thought it would be.”

I suddenly thought of yulsic.

“Ok… if that’s it maybe you two will be better off as friends, just like Jessica and Yuri.”

Her expression suddenly darkened.

“It’s different! I’m not using Nickhun as a rebound!” She snapped.

Why is she suddenly so agitated?

“I’m sure Jessica didn’t mean to use Yuri as a rebound, she is just confused.”

“Of course you will defend her! But have you thought about Yuri?”

“Well it’s not like Yuri didn’t know the truth right. She knew it right from the start.” I argued back.

“Kim Taeyeon, are you trying to say that Yuri deserves this?” Tiffany looked furious.

“No, I’m just trying to say that love has no right or wrong. You are not Jessica, how would you know how she felt? You can’t just blame her for everything.”

“You..” Tiffany wanted to continue, but I cut her off.

“Fany why are we arguing about this? We are outsiders of their relationship problems anyway.” I tried to end this argument.

Tiffany breathed in and out to calm herself down.

“If time can be turned back, I’m sure Jessica will not make the same mistake anymore. But that’s how life works, people are bound to make mistakes, then change for the better. Who can be perfect right from the start?”

Tiffany thought for a while, and then nodded in agreement.

“If you can turn back time, what will you change?” She suddenly asked me.

“Nothing? What about you?” I gave her a dorky grin to lighten the mood.

“If I can change back time.. I will prevent your accident from happening.”

Prevent Taeyeon's accident from happening??

“How?” I asked.

“I will..” She wanted to continue, but the main door opened.

“Taengoo!”
