Donghae: Nice to meet you (takes his hand out) 

Kimberley: (looks at you then shakes Donghae's hand) I'm Kimberley Bufi.

You: (with a straight face) Oh, you're cute.

Donghae: (smiles) Thank you.

Dongmin: Yeah. That's my bestfriend right there. Let's go! (starts driving)

 

You and your twin put your seatbealts on. She whispers in your ear.

 

Kimberley: Why did you just say that?

You: What? He is.

Kimberley: Oh my gosh. This is a new level for you.

You: What does that suppose to mean?

Kimbereley: Nothing. (smiles as she turns away)

 

Seriously, what's wrong? I think he's cute. It's not like I'm going to go crazy all up on him. You know how when you see a cute baby, you can't help but say how cute they are. This is the same situation!

IN THE KIM RESIDENCE

You: (hugging Dongmin's mom) Oma! I missed you!

Mrs, Kim: (returns the hug) I missed you too. I'm so glad you still remember me.

You: (lets go of the hug) What are you talking about? Of course I remember you. Oh hi, this is my sister Kimberley.Apparently we're twins. (smiling)

Mrs. Kim: Oh, she's beautiful (hugs Kimberley) 

Kimberley: Nice to meet you Mrs. Kim. (returns the hug)

You: (smiles) Well then I guess we are twins.

Mrs. Kim: (lets go of the hug) It's amazing how you two share the same face.

You: Except the moles Oma. I have them. She has only one.

Mrs. Kim: (sits down on the couch) Oh, look at that. I see them now. (smiles at the twins sitting next to her)

You: So, where's Sarai?

Mrs. Kim: She went shopping with her father. Anyway, how's it going? What are you doing here?

You: (turns to her twin) See, I told you she loves me.

Dongmin: (arrives as he heads for you guys) Yeah, but not more than me. Eomma!

Kimberley: See, I think that's how you're suppose to say it.

Dongmin: Your sister is just slang.

You: What? (smiles) I can't change it now seeing as we all got used to it. Plus, you boy. You never corrected me.

Dongmin: It's always my fault.

You: I'm glad you remember. (smiling)

 

So you all catch up on what's new and sooner than you think you realize just how the time flew. You exchange numbers and addresses, bid farewells and head back to the airport with your twin.

 

In the airplane, you smile as you sit next to Kimberley.

Kimberley: What is it?

You: I'm glad to see such warm familiar faces.

Kimberley: You liked him huh?

You: Yeah, I did. But, that's our little secret.

Kimberley: You don't like him anymore?

You: We were kids back then. What did I know about liking someone. He's like a brother to me. He's my very best friend.

Kimberley: Hey, I thought I was.

You: No. You're my very best sister. (smiles at her and hugs her from the side)

Kimberley: (smiles and returns the hug) Of course you'd say something like that.

 

Since then, you'd do IM's and videochats with Dongmin and his family. Don't worry, still no sign of Sarai. :)

There were times when you notice Donghae. Well, it was rarely but, in that 3 months. You were able to see him twice.

 

Donghae: Hello (smiling from the computer screen)

You: Hey! (smiling back) He left me again didn't he?

Donghae: Yes! (smiling back) So, how are you?

You: I'm good thank you. Just school stuff. And you?

Donghae: Good also. I'm just here to say hi to my family. I don't see them as much.

You: You know your english is way better than how Dongmin's was.

Donghae: Thank you. But, he improved right?

You: Yeah! Super!

Donghae: Junior (smiling)

 

Dongmin hurries in his room. You made a sad face.

 

Dongmin: Hyung, imoga dangsin-eul wonhaneun (Aunt wants you)

Donghae: Yeah. Talk to you soon (smiles at you)

You: Yeah! You know my screen name (smiling)

Donghae: Kaishi (smiles and waves before closing the door on his way out)

Dongmin: What was that about?

You: Nothing.Your cousin is friendly.

Dongmin: Yeah. He is. Especially to girls. (Smiling) That was a joke.

You: Sure it was. Anyway, so Bell when are you coming back?

Dongmin: I don't know. Why? Do you miss me badly? (smiling)

You: No! (smiles) Anyway, I should go. It's pretty late here.

Dongmin: How late?

You: Midnight.

Dongmin: What? Let;s hang up. (logs off as quickly as he could)

You: What the?

 

 

Since then, you got really busy with school, met a guy, dated him. He was a jerk. You dated another guy. He was a bigger jerk. Well, let's just say, you finally met a good guy but, he wasn't as good as you thought he would be. Months pass and before you know it, everything was  different.
