Good morning! You woke up early today. You sneaked out of your room and see Donghae preparing breakfast for you. He smiles as he catches you sneaking around.

 

You: (smiling) Good morning. Smells good.

Donghae: (smiling) Thank you. Good morning. I'm making your lunch. Breakfast is on the table. Please eat now Jagiya. (goes to you and brings you to your seat)

You: I'm pretty sure it's the other way around.

Donghae: We're a different kind of couple (smiles as he gets back to the kitchen)

You: (smiling) No one would ever believe this.

Donghae: Jagiya.

You: Yeah?

Donghae: (smiles) I'm full.

You: Huh?

 

Lunch time came at work. You almost forgot about Donghae's packed lunch for you. You go to your locker and open it.

You smile and reach for you phone. You call him at his phone. At home, he's doing push ups on the floor. He looks tired but when he sees that you're calling, suddenly he's reenergized. He answers the phone smiling.

 

Donghae: (smiling) Jagiya. Did you eat lunch yet?

You: (smiles) I will. Thank you! (smiling)

Donghae: (smiling) For what?

You: (smiling) You do know I'm truly blessed with you, right?

Donghae: (smiling) Nado Jagiya (Me too)

 

After that conversation, your day suddenly brightened 200 times more than it already was. Irene notticed as well, when she came in for her shift.

 

Irene: (smiling) Seems you're still in the honeymoon phase.

You: Huh?

Irene: In your relationship.

You: No. It's, Can I ask you something?

Irene: Of course. What is it?

You: My boyfriend has been really sweet.

Irene: So?

You: Well, he's been so sweet and,

Irene: (cuts you in) What's wrong with that?

You: Irene?

Irene: Yeah?

You: Please let me finish.

Irene: Alright.

You: He's been making me breakfast and lunch and, I haven't even made him a meal yet. Since well, I go home late at night. He'll be done with dinner by then. I'm the girl. I should be cooking and cleaning.

Irene: It's fine. I mean, these days men and women are equal.

You: I just want to show him I care.

Irene: That's all?

You: Huh?

Irene: That's easy.

You: What?

Irene: ______.

You: Yeah?

Irene: You're adults. You and him right?

You: Yeah.

Irene: Well?

You: I'm not liking this. I'll go and get back to work. (leaves)

 

A former patient comes to you.

 

Patient: Can you please draw my blood? That guy can't seem to get my blood. It hurts.

You: Oh, I apologize. Yes, I'll do that right now.

 

You successfully obtained sufficient blood from the patient. Later on, you find out that it was your boss that couldn't obtain blood from him. You found that your boss isn't feeling to well and decided to cover his shift. Hours pass and you're suppose to be off in a bit. It was so busy earlier. Now, you can finally call home.

 

You: Jagiya, I'm covering my Boss' shift. I'll be off tomorrow morning.

Donghae: (worried) But, does that mean you'll have to work another 12 hours tomorrow?

You: I don't know.

Wendy: (arrives) Will it only be you and me for tonight? Ask him to come over.

You: What?

Wendy: Yeah. He can stay at the quarters.

You: I don't want to get in trouble.

Wendy: You want to call our boss?

You: Plus, he doesn't know how to get here.

Irene: I'll pick him up and Boss is on line 2 ____.

Wendy: I'll get it. (leaves to answer the call)

You: Jagiya?

Donghae: Are you okay?

You: Yeah, it's just.

Irene: Tell him, I'm on my way.

You: What?

Irene: The care _____? This is it! (leaves)

You: Irene! (sigh) Jagiya. Someone is coming to pick you up.

Donghae: Huh?

You: My coworker. Is it okay? You don't have to go here if you don't want to.

Donghae: (smiling) I'll go. Do you want me to bring anything?

You: It's kind of cold. So, a jacket. You have to stay warm.

Wendy: _______! (hands you the phone) It's Boss.

You: Jagiya, hold on real quick. (takes the other phone) Hello?

Your Boss: It's okay. If you're going to cover my shift. You'll be working overtime. Then, it'll be your last day today.

You: Oh.

Your Boss: And your boyfriend can come. He can stay in the quarters. It would be rude to leave him alone in your house. It's fine. If it slows down. You and Wendy can take turns getting sleep. Especially you.

You: Thank you.

Your Boss: Alright. I have to go. I'll see you tomorrow morning.

You: Thank you. Good night. (gives the phone back to Wendy and talks to Donghae on your phone) Jagiya?

Donghae: Your boss?

You: Yeah.

Donghae: Everything okay?

You: (Smiles) Yes. I'll see you in a bit. Her name is Irene. Please lock up. You have the key right Jagiya?

Donghae: (smiling) Yes. I'll see you soon.

You: (smiling) I'll see you (hangs up)

Wendy: What?(smiling) No, I love you?

You: (smiling) What?

Wendy: And the thing that Irene told me. A guy only does those things to get one thing.

You: He isn't like that.

Wendy: You're not like that!

You: What does that mean?

Wendy: You're so innocent, all you see is good.

You: What?

Wendy: We'll see, later on (leaves)

 

 

Later, Donghae arrives with a smile on his face. Your smile appears too. Wendy arrives with specimens at hand and a big smile on her face.

 

Wendy: He's a cutie. (smiling) I'm Wendy. I'll be back. (leaves)

You: Jagiya (smiling) The quarters are here (takes him to the quarters)

Donghae: I brought your jacket too.

You: Thanks. I'll be right back.

Wendy: No kiss?

You: Seriously Wendy.

Wendy: (whispers) If he leaves you (leaves)

 

You become sad after hearing that. No more patients, specimens and Wendy. :) She's eating out. You wash your hands and enter the quarters. Donghae stands up smiling.

 

Donghae: Busy?

You: (smiling) Not anymore.

Donghae: Jagiya. (pulls you over to sit next to him)

You: (smiling) Yeah?

Donghae: I heard what she told you. It's not true.

You: That the pizza downstairs is really good?

Donghae: No.

You: That the delivery guy is really the same as the pizza guy downstairs?

Donghae: (smiling) No. (he waits for you to reply) That if you don't kiss me, I'll leave you. I won't.

You: (smiling) we can talk about anything right?

Donghae: (smiling) Yeah.

You: Really anything?

Donghae: Yeah.

You: Anything?
