“Yes, I am. And stop it with your sweet-nothing-much.” I snapped. My morning has thus been ruined by the campus’ renowned flirt.

He stares at me intently, his eyes scanning from my head to toe. He scoffs, “Not bad, what have you been doing? Late night exercises?”

I gave a disgusted face, being absolutely mortified and shrieked, “EWWWW! JUNG DAEHYUN!” He gives a little smirk and pedaled off without another word.

I gapped, how could he? That irritating and arrogant jerk!

As the bicycle pedals off, I pick up a smooth pebble and threw it furiously at the back wheel, it misses just by an inch. I stomp my feet in great displeasure and clenched my fists tightly. “Gah! That brat!”

Then I felt a hand resting on my shoulder, I lifted up my head. “Omo, Myungsoo! Why are you so late? I thought you always come early?”

“Well, I overslept. Meet me later, I’ll take you to my workplace.” He explains.

It takes me roughly 5 seconds to realize that I will be working in the same place as Myungsoo. “Wait,” scratching my head, my jaw drops upon realization, “I’m working in the same place as you?!”

Myungsoo gives a little giggle, “Yes, dear junior. I’ll see you later at 1, don’t be late!” Before he leaves, he gives a shy wave and disappears into the college compounds.

Both Daehyun and Myungsoo were from my school before. Daehyun was the former kingka of the school so it is obvious everyone knows him. Myungsoo, on the other hand, was in the same club as me.
Daehyun is in his freshman year while Myungsoo is in his sophomore year.

“Choi Junhong, let’s go for class!”

Junhong gives a baby wail, and protests, “Stop calling me that! Stop it! Stop now!”

“Carry on and miss all your classes,” I threatened as slowly walked away from him, “hurry you turtle!” As my voice trails off, Junhong rushes hurriedly towards me.

Choi Junhong, 16, my best friend. I've known since 2 years ago. He's a real big baby, being really weak and childish. Nevertheless, he never fails to lift my dampen moods.

Falling flat onto the table top, I stretched my arms, the tension being released bit by bit. “Ahh~! We’ve finally come to the end of the day!” My watch beeps, I take a glance, it was 12.56pm. Shoots! I need to meet Myungsoo.

In a flurry, I clumsily grab my bag which accidentally knocks my table partner, Sungjong. And the sound sleeper arouse from his nap, his eyes barely opened. He stares blankly at me for a few moments and falls back into his arms.

Seeing that he had fallen asleep again, I make my way out of the class.

My footsteps quickened as my watch ticked away. Soon I reached the college entrance gate and I spot Myungsoo leaning against the lamp post. “Myungsoo,” I call out while waving, “let’s go.”
