“I love you jieun”

He knew she couldn’t hear him but he just wanted to get it out of his system.

“I know I shouldn’t but…you make my heartbeat…it’s good that you can’t hear me because if you did then…”

He didn’t want to continue on he just looked at her sweetly. He held her hand and thought about if he should continue his plan or not. He wanted to get revenge but he didn’t want to hurt the girl he loves. He looked at her again and felt guilty.

“I’m sorry for everything…I’m sorry for yelling at you and hurting you and I’m sorry that you don’t know the plan that will break your heart……..but now I don’t want to do it anymore……”

He slowly closed his eyes still holding her hands. It was around 6:30 when jieun woke up. She had forgotten that she slept in the hospital. Her eyes were puffy due to her crying; she was going to rub them when she noticed that Kris and she were holding hands. She was confused and became shy. She slowly pulled them away.

“Did I hold his hands?!!”

The doctor came in and he was surprised to see jieun there.

“You’re still here?” the doctor asked

“I’m sorry; I didn’t mean to….I was going to leave but…”

“It’s alright but you should go before his friends come and sees you here”

“Arraso and thank you for everything”

She left the hospital and went straight home. She took a shower and went down stairs. She wanted to go back but then Kris’ friends would be there with him.

“Should I go back or not……”

After a lot of thinking she decided she would then she thought she should bring him a present. She was going to make him homemade cookies. She went to the kitchen and started baking. She got a phone call from Tao.

“Hey jieun, are you going to come with us to see Kris?” Tao asked

“Later, I’m making some cookies for him”

“Arraso”

They put down the phone and jieun went back to cooking. Meanwhile the guys were walking to the hospital.

“Is jieun coming” asked lay

“She said she’s coming later; she making cookies for him” replied Tao

“Aww, that’s sweet of her” smiled luhan

“I want someone to make cookies for me” pouted xiumin

They arrived at that hospital. They saw the doctor coming out from Kris’ room. Chen quickly ran to him and asked if they could go inside. The doctor told them they could and they ram inside. They saw Kris sleeping.

“Aww, look at sleeping beauty” teased Chen

“He looks so peaceful….too bad his beauty sleep is going to end” laughed lay

“Okay, 1 2 3”

They all yelled and made noises to Kris could wake up but he didn’t.

“Damn he’s a heavy sleeper” complained luhan

“Don’t worry, I got this” said xiumin

He cracked his knuckles and stretched; the other were confused what he was doing then all of a sudden xiumin jumped on Kris.

“What the is your problem” screamed Kris

“See I told you I got this” laughed xiumin

The others laughed while lay shook his head.

“Damn, what are you guys doing here” Kris asked

“We came to visit our sleeping beauty” teased Tao

“Shut up” snapped Kris

“Feeling any better” asked Luhan

“Somewhat” replied Kris

“You were in pretty bad shape last night” said Chen

“Who cares, at least I’m still alive”

Tao and xiumin were playing with the remote that controlled the bed. Xiumin accidently pressed a button making Kris’ bed move. He got pissed

“Yah, stop playing with that” snapped Kris

“What else does this do” wondered Tao

He pressed another button that lifted up Kris’ feet.

“Stop it already” snapped Kris

“Oh, let me try” said Lay

He pressed a button that lifted up Kris; he was super pissed.

“Don’t you know what STOP means” yelled Kris

They didn’t listen to him instead they kept playing around with the button then the doctor came in. Xiumin quickly threw the remote to the side and acted like nothing happened.

“How are you doing Kris” the doctor asked

“I’m feeling better” he replied

“Okay tell me if you need anything”

Kris gave the doctor a look saying “Please get these idiots out already”. The doctor knew what Kris wanted.

“I’m going to ask you to leave because Kris needs more rest”

“Alright, see you doc and peace Kris” said Chen

“Get out already” murmured Kris

They left leaving Kris with the doctor.

“Thanks a lot” thanked Kris

“I was going to ask them to leave anyways” smiled the doc

He left Kris alone to rest. The doctor left when jieun came with a box of cookies.

“Is he still taking visitors” asked jieun

“Yes, you may go in”

Jieun went inside and saw Kris rubbing his head because ehe got a headache thanks to xiumin. Kris saw jieun come in; he gave a quick smile. He was pleased to see jieun instead of the guys.

“Annyeong, how are you feeling” asked jieun

“Better than last night” replied Kris

He noticed the box in jieun’s hands.

“What’s that” asked Kris

“Oh, it’s a gift from me…I made you cookies” smiled jieun

“For…me?”

“Yup”

She handed him the cookies; she felt happy and warm inside. He never got a present from a girl except from his sister.

“Um…thanks” smiled Kris

He felt so happy inside and he wanted to show it but he kept his cool.

“Did the guys leave already” asked jieun

“I sent them away” replied Kris

“Why, what happened?”

“They kept playing with the remote controller”

Jieun giggled which made Kris smile more. He loved it when he saw jieun happy.

“What’s wrong” asked Kris

“They would do that”

“I guess”

“They’re just happy that you’re still here with us”

“They would be happier if I wasn’t; I always yell at them and act like a ”

“If they were happy that you weren’t still with them then they wouldn’t have called the hospital. They were really worried for you and I was too”

He lightens up when he heard she was worried for him.

“You were…why”

“Because you’re my friend and I would be upset if I lost them”

She was touched inside; she considered him as a friend. The doctor came inside again.

“I’m sorry jieun but Kris has to take some medicine right now; you can come and visit him tomorrow”

“Arraso, bye Kris”

She left and Kris felt empty with her gone. He wanted her to stay for a little longer. The doctor gave him medicine.

“I’m sorry if I had to send your girlfriend home” the doc apologized

“She’s not my girlfriend” said Kris but he like the feeling when he did say she was his.

“Really, I thought she was. She takes really good care of you”

“She takes care of a lot of people”

“But she takes care of you more”

“…she does…”

“You better take care of her too and not do anything to hurt her”

“I will”

The doctor left Kris leaving him to think about his words.

“You better take care of her too and not do anything to hurt her” was in his head now.
