*One month later*

"Come on Mrs Lee, you got to try a little harder..."

The doctor said once more when Minjung fell back onto her wheelchair repeatedly.

He had been helping her with the physiotherapy sessions for the past few days but it seemed like those sessions did not have too much effect on her.

Minjung bit her lips as she placed both of her arms on the railings and tried once more, but then, her arms were too weak to support her entire body and there she fell onto the wheelchair again.

She held out her hands when the doctor tried to help her up this time.

"The session is not over yet, Mrs Lee....let's try again..."

He stated with full patient and looked at her hopefully.

"I'm tired...I want to rest..."

Minjung shook her head and said stubbornly.

Not able to do anything, the doctor could only sighed in dismay and walked out of the therapy room.

"It's good to see you here, Mr Lee..."

The doctor stopped Donghae when he met him at the lift.

"Why? Is there something wrong with Minjung?"

Donghae asked anxiously at once.

"No, not to worry Mr Lee...your wife is fine....just that it seems like she is not doing really well at the therapy sessions...I have told you before that these few weeks are her golden period where she will have a greater chance of recovery if she does the therapies actively...you are the closest person to her...do try to encourage her more..."

The doctor explained.

"I know what to do...thank you so much..."

Donghae bowed at him politely before he excused himself.

"I told you I'm not doing anymore...I want to rest.."

Minjung said impatiently when she heard a knock on the door.

"It looks like someone is not being too good lately..."

She turned around the moment she heard the familiar voice.

Donghae popped his head inside the room before he decided to walk in when Minjung looked at him.

"I didn't...I just say I want to rest..."

She insisted stubbornly and looked at her feet.

"Look Minjung, I know it's tough on you...but you got to try if you want to get well soon...."

Donghae squatted down in front of her and looked at her seriously.

Of course she was dying to get well, but then, all those sessions were seriously killing her.

"Look, let's do it together, shall we?"

He said encouragingly and grabbed both of her hands excitedly.

"Ouch.."

Minjung let out a small cry and took back her hands quickly.

"What's wrong with your hands? Let me look..."

Donghae asked and stared at her curiously.

"Nothing..."

Minjung shook her head and muttered softly.

"Let me see..."

He insisted and took both of her hands gently this time.

His eyes widened in shock when he saw both of her palms were all red, and they were covered with blisters.

Guilt built up within him at once the moment he recalled his words to her earlier on.

How could she do the therapy sessions further with her hands hurting like this?

"Forget about that for now...hmm...shall I bring you out tomorrow?"

Donghae stated suddenly and gave her a wide smile some time later.

"Really....? Can I really go out now with the state I'm in?"

Minjung's eyes brightened up at once with his suggestion.

She had been stuck in the hospital for a whole month already and she had been dying to go out even in her dreams.

"Of course you can..."

He let out a loud chuckle at the adorable sight of her.

She was just like a child now who had been granted of her favourite candy.

"Where do you feel like going?"

He asked casually as he took his handkerchief from his pocket.

He took hold of her right hand, and he wrapped the small cloth around her palm gently.

He blew on her wounded hand occasionally, as if trying to lessen the pain for her.

"Is that how you always treat her when she was hurt?"

She looked at him and thought silently inside her heart.

His looks were affectionate, and his action was caring, and it did make her feel loved by him for a second.

However, she knew it very well that whatever he does for her now was nothing but gratitude.
