Background : She lives in a normal family, but her family expected her to be a doctor or a lawyer since she was so smart. Ever since she entered highschool, she founded out her passion was to be a singer. Jung Jang Mi was nervous to tell her family, but her father founded out her secret. He finally convinced Jang Mi's mother (his wife) to agree. Their family supported her all the way when she trained. 

 

Personality : She talks a lot, and is your perfect friend! From being supportive and friendly, she is caring and sweet. But being the sensitive person she is, she can cry if you say something mean to her. If you want everyone to hate you, go make her cry! :D Even though she is cute and all that gushy stuff, she can act super mean if she gets really mad. The only time she released her mad self, was when someone hit Krystal when she was training.

Jessica became a trainee one year before Jang Mi auditioned and unluckily, she had to live with Jessica's bragging in their dorm. Because Jang Mi was still in school, she worked both at the same time. It was hard, but she managed.

How you became a trainee : Jang Mi was singing at her school's talent show and then accidently, one of the SM staff came to her school. She got accepted into SM without auditioning.
