JunHyung’s POV

I was on my way to class when i saw WooHyun and Myungsoo ran up the rooftop after looking at Jiyeon and Hyomin’s locker. So i decided to take a look too. When i saw the words, i felt horrified. Why would somebody do these to the two lovely ladies? Without hesitating, i ran up the rooftop as well. When i reached the rooftop, i saw Jiyeon shouting at WooHyun. “YOU JERK! YOU MADE HER CRY! SHE HAS NEVER EVER CRIED AFTER THAT INCIDENT AND NOW YOU MADE HER CRY AGAIN! SHE WOULD NEVER CRY NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENED. IMAGINE THE DAMAGE YOU MADE TO HER. I TAKE BACK MY WORDS. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF IT. YOU ARE STILL A JERK AND A JERK! I AM NOT GOING TO CHANGE MY OPINION OF YOU AND I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU TO LIKE HER!”

I was shocked at what Jiyeon said. Who was crying? Just then i saw Hyomin at the side, wiping her tears away, and trying to stop her tears from falling. Seeing Hyomin cry was the last thing i wanted. I ran towards Hyomin and dried her tears. “Hyomin, don’t cry please!” She nodded her head. I pulled her hand and walked over to where Jiyeon was at. I looked at WooHyun and started talking. “WooHyun-ssi, you are the one who made her cry isn’t it? What rights do you have to do so?” He seemed shocked by what i said. “So what if i was the one who made her cry? She was in the wrong in the first place!” When i heard his response, i shook my head immediately. “There is a reason why Hyomin always act cold to you. You are too ignorant to notice why. And for your information, she is not the type of person to do things without thinking twice.” After speaking, i turned to Myungsoo. “Myungsoo-ssi, please take care of Jiyeon for me, for now, i have to take care of Hyomin. He nodded his head and i led Hyomin down the roof and into the garden.

When we reached the garden, i turned to Hyomin and began shouting:”YAH! Why are you so stupid to let him scold you for nothing? I am sure you didn’t do all those on purpose. WHY?” She seemed shocked by my tone. She looked down and whispered, “I’m sorry.”After her reply, i realised that i was too harsh to her. I scratched the back of my head and hugged her. “I am sorry for raising my voice. I am just a little angry that someone i cared for is being bullied.” She looked up to me and smiled, “I am someone you care for?” I blushed at her statement. “I...I don’t know!” and i looked away.

She giggled and pinched my cheeks. “Thank you for everything today JunHyung. I wouldn’t know what would have happened without you today.” And she gave me one tight hug. My heart was thumping real hard when she hugged me. I blushed real hard. I have no idea why this was happening, but i didn’t care much about it at first.

Myungsoo’s POV

After JunHyung left, Jiyeon went shouting at WooHyun again. “You, i never ever want you near her again, get it?” And she turned to Naeun. “I will you back for pushing me and Hyomin’s tears. You better watch out. I am not going to let it past.” And she walked towards the exit. I followed Jiyeon and followed her behind until she turned around and stared at me.

“What are you doing? Why are you following me around?” I walked over to her side and spoke.”JunHyung told me to take care of you, and you are my responsibility now.” I could see her blushing slightly at my statement. Aww, that was cute of her. Initially, i wanted to pull her hand but when i was about to do so, i saw that the right wrist was red and swollen. “What happened to your hand?” I pointed at her wrist. She looked at her wrist and smiled. “Nothing, it’s no big deal. I accidentally injured myself when i got pushed by Naeun just now.” My mouth was literally wide opened when i heard that she got pushed down by Naeun.

“You have to tell me what happened exactly! But tell me while i nurse your injury.” I pulled her to the nurse’s office and started nursing her injury. “So what happened just now? Please tell me everything.” She nodded and started telling me about everything that happened just now. After hearing her story, i really felt like giving WooHyun a smack on his head. He is always like that. He acts without thinking much, and in the end, he blames the innocent person. I sighed and said.”WooHyun is like that, he is stupid sometimes, don’t get mad at him.” She shook her head. “I am not going to forgive her. And even if i did, Hyomin would never forgive him. He hurt her too many times. And you know what, he likes her. I even told him that i would help him to woo Hyomin. But now, this is not possible anymore. I will not allow him to date Hyomin anymore.”

Gosh, can this day get any better? I keep getting shocked for no reason. I knew WooHyun something wasn’t right with WooHyun ever since the encounter with Hyomin. But i didn’t know he liked her. I shook my head and i suddenly remember something. “Jiyeon, i need to apologise to you. Remember the day when i accidentally knocked into you and made your school uniform wet? I am sorry for knocking into you and sorry for not apologising to you that day.” She smiled and replied. “No, it’s ok. At least you apologised now.” I smiled back and whispered. “Should we go home now?” She nodded and i gave her a smile.

When i reached her house, i realised she stayed really near to me. Great. Now i can get to know her more, and make her realise that i am Myungie.

Hyomin’s POV

After the incident, i went home straight since i didn’t feel like studying. When i was in the bathtub, i couldn’t help but kept on thinking. I was really affected by WooHyun’s actions. Especially today, just because he came and confront me again, i cried. Just what is wrong with me? After bathing, i heard my door bell rang. It was Jiyeon. She came to make sure that i was fine and she told me what happened to her and Myungsoo. I could see that she was really happy when Myungsoo is around her. Be it when she was Jiyeon or JiWoo.

After that day, i have never ever talked to WooHyun or looked at him in the eye. The APINK members weren’t disturbing us anymore. I thought life would be peaceful for me once again, but i was wrong. It was that faithful day when i was on my way home, when i saw a familiar figure. A figure that i would never want to see again in my life. I stood frozen at my current spot, until he started calling my name. “Sunyoung...”
