It is so frustrating having to open up a fanfic and see this long list, especially in the foreword, of characters that have specifically very minor roles in the story. Some of the characters are very random OCs and such. It's understandable when listing each member of a band, but even then it may be a bit much when some of the members don't play a huge part in the fanfic.

It would be advisable to think carefully about the characters and which will reoccur the most.

This leads onto the next topic at hand. 

I am not the biggest fan of reading fanfics where every single member of the band falls in love with the OC girl. I mean, on average, that is like SIX freaking men falling for the same girl. Heaven forbid if it were 15 guys from Super Junior or 12 from EXO. 

How is this girl attracting so many men? I can barely get ONE to look my way!

I cannot imagine so many men going after the same girl when falling in love is supposed to be something hard to do. 

I think it would be best to set limitations, you know. Love triangles have only two guys after the lead; that's quite believable. I think it would be really hard for the author to design her chapters so that every member has their moment with the lead. After a while, it may seem quite bothersome having to write about every member.

What bothers me even MORE about this is that the OC falls for every single member as well! Like seriously? Are your hormones out of whack?
