I find it hard to get into a story if the leading character who you're 'supposed' to be has a NOT SO NICE name!

This usually only applies to names that are more English than Korean.

I usually tolerate them but if the name doesn't appeal to me, I'll probably cringe every time I read it.

Not only that, if the name is awkward to say with the male lead, it annoys me.

I recently found a fic that had a not so lovely name. I didn't read it.

So what I'm trying to say is think about your character's name because it can be a part of building the character's personality and so forth.

Do I sound like a bish here? =/ I don't mean to offend but names can be a big thing when writing. I spend ages trying to figure out the right name for my characters.

Let's go on to the lovely ~~~~~~ for a name. I don't know about you but whenever I read that, I don't put my name in, I just say, in exact words, "bleuuughaah" and carry on ^_^
