This is a personal preference of mine

I don't really like reading fanfics that have my bias in their band. Like I could have a Kai fanfic and he's be under SMEnt with the rest of EXO.

I really prefer having my bias being quite normal because it's really annoying how authors use the same story line of the OC being a secret girlfriend and will get caught by fangirls. I've only done one fanfic that has my bias being an Idol in the story.

Sometimes, the story makes it seem like Kai or whoever has all the free time in the world. Dude, he's a Kpop Idol with a VERY busy schedule.

Of course, my tastes may differ to another reader who loves reading such things.

But for me, I'm not the biggest fan because next thing you know, we're talking about dorms, crazy fangirls, the media and Star King. It's all a bit obvious and predictable.

I don't like having the Lead girl as an Idol either. Although, in my head it seems like so much fun, but in writing, it's really hard to try and stop yourself from becoming too cheesy and like every other fanfic who writes about the OC being an Idol.
