Okay to be honest, I am not a big fan of filler chapters! If anyone doesn't know what I mean, it's when a chapter in a story is nothing much and just a something in between before the interesting stuff happens.

I happen to be a very imaptient person though. Some peole can handle them and others like myself just go bluegh.

I think the only problem it is for me is when I want  to comment about the chapter that's been updated, I have no idea what to write.

I mean, just say the girl is just making dinner and gets a phone call and such and that's it.

It's quite dull and uneventful. 

I have this defualt function in me that seems to leave almost every chapter I write in some sort of cliffhanger. I don't know why I torture my readers like that but it keeps them wanting more!

If you worry about the story being too short then don't. You can't plan the chapters out too well but be happy with what you can provide for readers. Some times shorter stories are the best.
