Wake Me Up

Fanfic Peeves

Ever come across this in fanfics:

 

"Why didn't you wake me up? I'm late!"

"You looked so peaceful, I didn't want to disturb you"

 

 

That's really sweet and all and I realise authors are trying to create cute moments. But 1) Everybody uses this line in their fanfics 

and 2) Why the hell would you not wake the girl up dude?

I mean, if some guy, no matter how gorgeous, didn't wake me up early so I could get up to go to school, I would be so annoyed at them. Stop looking at my face and wake me up on time so I don't end up being grumpy first thing in the morning.

 

And you are not to look at my face in the mornings when it is all oily and rubbish and my hair is out of place!

 

Babies are the only ones who look great when sleeping.

Chapter 25: omg this really bothers me as well and it makes me give up on the fic because if they use it too much it gets super annoying. I just want to read fluently in English in my head...

Chapter 27: I have two friends who are scared of thunder and they would cling onto me whenever the thunder starts roaring. Honestly it's a bit annoying cause I personally find the sound of thunder and rain really calming. LOL I'm so weird XD
