Writing layouts

This will be a more in depth chapter on writing layouts. What I mean by this is how chapters are presented and how the writing is shown on screen.
To start with, the most silliest type I've come across is when every single word of the sentence is capitalized!
So it would be something like this: Hello I'm Sehun And I Love My Partner Lulu!
Man, if my ex-english teacher saw this, she'd pull her hair out. Anyhoo, I realise some people write like this on the internet, mainly social network sites, but honestly, it can annoy readers when they see this.
Are we going to have to go back to the very first lesson we are taught in English? Capital letters at the beginning of the sentence and for names, with fullstops at the end!
Moving on, I know that there is an option to change colours of the words here, but there has to be a limit guys. Not everyone can read these florescent coloured words with them highlighted in the brightest green ever. People's eyes can actually begin to hurt if they're sensitive enough.
This doesn't mean your chapter cannot be colour; let's just keep it slightly toned down though.
I don't like it when the font is too small either. Usually I will be able to see but that's only if I'm on my phone. However, on a PC/Laptop, whatever you have, it's more difficult and you can miss lines by accident and read the wrong thing.
I've heard that Comic Sans is a font that is hard to read. Honestly, I don't see how or why it is. I can read it perfectly, however, I've got to think about my readers who can't read that certain font properly, so I suggest, you steer away from the font if you can....oh poor Comic Sans, being hated everywhere.
When writing speech, what bothers me the most is that it may be written like this:
"Hi" I said.
"Hi Luhan" Sehun said.
"Are you good?"
"Yup. You?"
"Oh yeah, just being part of this example"
"What a small world, me too!"
"Isn't that great!"
"So me, you, tonight"
"Course babe"
^This is so easy to lose track of who is speaking and who is not. This has happened to me so many times that I had to retrace what I just read. Make sure after writing the speech, you write who says it or something equivilent to that.
