I find it odd to read a oneshot or proper lengthy story here where the lead character falls in love so fast.

It's just, one minute the characters don't like each other, then the next couple of chapters, they're all in love and things are getting tense and problematic.

I could understand if it was a short story or oneshot, but even then, the flow needs to write.

I read this story where the two characters met and they were having conversation about stuff, getting all serious and they're like, "It was love at first sight for you too?"

Le me cringing~
Because it sounds so unrealistic and cheesy.

Oh another thing.

How many times have you heard this line in a fanfic.

She's different to all the other girls.

Or something along the lines of that. And because this girl is supposedly different, the guy falls for her like that!

I physically roll my eyes reading that line every time.

I think, if you put your mind to it, something else can be used instead of that line.

Example:

That girl. Can't even stand properly. And who the hell taught her those manners? Plus she eats like a kid. Hardly girlfriend material.

The lead may experience the same girl a lot of this time, but trust me, not EVERY girl you meet will me the same. There will be more than one girl that it likely to be different.
