Seonmin's POV:

The door creaked open and I saw umma, in the corner of the room watching the television.

"Umma..." I said as Heechul pushed me towards her.

"Heechul-ah! Who is that?" she glanced at me briefly than back at the television.

"U-umma! It's me, In Young! D-don't you recognise me?"

"I-in Young? Don't lie to me! In Young is only 5! And I just saw her at taking a nap! You can't be In Young!" she glared at me and than back at the television. Her mood changing instantanuosly from anger to calm.

"U-umma! It's really me, In Young!" I wheeled myself over to her and hugged her.

How could she ever forget me? I'm her only daughter!

It was my fault. I shouldn't have left for ice cream. If I didn't leave, this wouldn't have happened. Appa would have been alive and umma perfectly sane.

Heechul's POV:

In Young opened the door leading to her eomoni's room.

I heard her mumble, unclear of what she was saying.

"Heechul-ah! Who is that?" She questioned me.

Oh. No. I-i can't believe she doesn't recognise  In Young.

"U-umma! It's me, In Young! D-don't you recognise me?" tears threatened to drop.

"I-in Young? Don't lie to me! In Young is only 5! And I just saw her at taking a nap! You can't be In Young!"

"U-umma! It's really me, In Young!" she wheeled herself over and gripped her mother.

Eomoni started struggling but In Young refused to let go.

"IN YOUNG-AH. STOP IT!" I pulled her away from eomoni.

She stopped resisting and I wheeled her over to the corner of the room. She broke down, crying.

"It's my fault. My fault that I left for ice cream. My fault I even called you out to play. My fault I don't remember all these years.."

"I-it's not your fault. Things happen. You didn't want it to be like this. If, I didn't bother going out to play with you. If, I bothered going with you to get the ice cream. If, I bothered looking for you instead of waiting. Eomoni, at times can't recognise me too, give her some time. I'll try to convince her okay?" I patted her back trying to calm her down.

She hugged me, "I love you."

hey, sorry i didn't update for long. It was the exams, anyways I don't thibk there's even anyone reading this. T^T just going to wrap up the story soon. <3
