Minhee's Childhood ( part 2)
My * UNREQUIRED* childhood Love
Half a year passed since I was staying in Daegu. Honestly, I really like Daegu. It gives out the peacefulness vibe and it has a pretty scenery. Me and Minwoo got closer and I found out that he was older then me.. By 5 months.
And I call him Oppa because.. It sounds nice and he is like a brother to me. Both of us will always meet up and go to our tree. The tree is big and beautiful and tall. Both of us will always sit down there and enjoy the scenery and have talks.
He seems so much more mature then his age. And I was too. I guess I got my maturity from him.. " Minhee ah ! We are going to go visit Seoul next week ! " I stop tying the rope bracelet that I was making to give to Minwoo and look up to my mum
" we are going to the noisy city ? For how long ? " I ask as I thought about leaving for the time being and leaving Minwoo in Daegu. " we are going to be in Seoul for 2 weeks. " I look at my moms in shock.
" 2 weeks ? But that's so long ! Can I bring Minwoo OPPA with us ? I will miss him so much ! " I whined and pouted. " Aigoo Minhee ah ? Wae ? Can't bare to leave your Nama chingu behind ? " omma said and chuckled.
" OMMA !! He is not my Namja chingu ! Okay he is.. But not in the way that you are thinking ! He is just a boy and my friend. " yup.. I found out what my parents mean when half a year ago they ask me if Minwoo was my Namja chingu.
They mean it in the relationship way ! I found it out from Minwoo. He is just a Namja.. And my chingu !! Omma just chuckled and continue making her Kimchi.
I wanted to continue on the bracelet but suddenly the door slam open and in came Minwoo who tackled me down on the floor and hug me. Yup.. That's how close we are.
" Minhee ah !! Let's go to our tree ! " I nodded and quickly hide the bracelet that I was making into my pocket. " Omma ! I'm going with Minwoo to our spot. " I said before running out to the door.
" yah Minhee ah ! Be careful nae ? Yah ! Aish This girl. " I heard my mum shout as she chuckled. Suddenly, Minwoo appeared beside me and was running Infront of me. " Minwoo OPPA ! Stop there ! " I shouted out to him.
And surprisingly, he stop and waited for me to Catch up. " yah ! Why are you so slow ?! Oh .. I forgot. I'm the fastest runner in the world ! " Oppa boasted when I reach where he was.
" ehh ? ANIYO ! I am the fastest runner in the world ! Not you ! " I said and stick out my tongue at him. " pahh.. No ! I'm the fastest ! You see how I zoom past you just now ?! " I pouted and an idea came into my head.
" humph ! I will show you what am I made of ! The first one to reach the tree wins ! " I shouted and started running while giggling. " YAH ! PARK MINHEE ! THAT'S CHEATING ! " I stick out my tongue at him again and run as fast as I can towards the tree.
I passes by the neighbourhood and turn into a ally with a gate at the end. I quickly push it open and turn around to see that Minwoo is catching up fast. I slam the gate close to buy time for myself and ran towards our tree.
I turn around again and saw that Minwoo was just right behind me. I tried running faster but I guess that is just how quick my little legs will allow me to go. I quickly reach out my hand and touch the dry golden brown hard bark of the tree and squealed in joy.
I have won ! I HAVE WON MINWOO OPPA ! " YAY !! Oppa ! You see I told you I would beat you ! " I smiled and hug the bark. He pouted and frowned at me. " not fair ! You started earlier then me ! " I stuck out my tongue at him and let go of the bark.
" but I still won anyway ! " I say down on the tender grass and close my eyes letting the warm sunlight hit my face.
