CHAPTER 3

Although she knew he was drunk when he agreed to her proposal and that he probably didn’t mean it she couldn’t help but feel happy. Nakahara Sora was known for many things and one of them is that when she wants something she always gets it.

Liah handed her morning coffee when she arrived at her office while filling her up with her schedule for the day. She read through her emails with a big smile on her face. She’s in a really good mood today

“did you like the date last night? You seem to be in a very good mood today miss” she looked at Liah and smiled at her “I loved it” she turned her chair and looked at the view from the glass walls.

The city skyline looks specially beautiful today. The weather was nice and everything seemed perfect. Her mind wandered off to Park Jinyoung and his attractive face, she remembered how he smiled, how he laughed and how he conversed with her.

At first Sora was attracted to Jinyoung’s face but as they talked she realized something, all throughout the night he never showed intentions of trying to impress her like all the other man she had dates with. Her dates always show their best cards to her when she introduces herself as

Nakahara Sora but Jinyoung was different.

When she introduced herself to him last night she thought he was going to try to impress her by talking about his achievements and all that but he didn’t, instead he just gave her a smile like she was just some normal girl and not SOAR’s female CEO specially not as Nakahara Sora KS Group’s Heiress. The whole time they were talking she felt like he was just talking to Nakahara Sora the girl he was having dinner with because his best friend asked him a favour.

Park Jinyoung certainly left an impression on her. She liked him and she thought that if her father was going to force her to marry someone that someone might as well be Park Jinyoung, not some son of a conglomerate, but Park Jinyoung the ridiculously handsome cardiothoracic surgeon from Seoul University Hospital.

She picked up her phone and dialled her father’s phone number.

“yes-“ she cut him off before her father could even speak “my date ditched me last night but don’t worry I just found someone I wanna marry dad” then she dropped the call

“liah will you buy flowers and send them to Mr. Tuan” Liah gave her a nod and walked out of her office to order the flowers she asked for.

Park Jinyoung I can’t wait to make you my husband.

Jinyoung woke up because he heard laughter outside his room, when he went out of his room he found Jaehyun his cousin or Jae as he preferred to be called and Mark in the couch laughing alongside each other.

They gave him a smile when they saw him “good morning sleepy head!” Mark said waving at him. “why are you here so early?” he said on his way to the fridge to get water

“I wanted to ask how the date went.” Mark said that made him stop in tracks with his mind travelling to Sora and her laugh. “earth to jinyoung” he snapped back to reality and gave his friend a deadpan

“you plan flopped she knew who I was.” he answered mark while sitting down on the couch. Jae just looked at the two of them. Jinyoung giving Mark a deadpan and mark shaking his arms

“really? How?” mark asked in curiosity “we met at the hospital earlier in the morning. When she saw me she immediately knew you ditched her” he answered

“oh, so did you leave after she found out”
