Taehyung's PoV

The whole day passes by so beautifully, it legit felt like seconds, really. Spending time with y/n, being with her feels beyond good, beyond healthy for my heart and soul. It feels like there's where I truly belong, that's what I truly want. How I wish my everyday could be same as today.

Right now I am standing in front of Kim masion, ready to fight a combat against my very own dad.

Well, almost ready.

My hand was connected with y/n's small baby soft hands, the whole time. I squeezed them just slightly in anxiousness. I don't even know how all my confidence drains off, right when I have to confront my dad. And it , really.

I sulked a short breath in, before I looked over to y/n and by scanning her look, she was no different  than me.

Anxiousness plastered all over her face as I saw her chewing on her inner cheeks, staring at the bungalow in front of her.

Her eyes fell onto her outfit that looked breath-takingly gorgeous on her. Her black hairlocks falling onto her shoulders perfectly.

I saw her as she fixed every wrinkle on her white satin shoulder-off dress that ends right below her knees, paired with black high-heeled shoe. One of her hand was grabbed by mine and in the other, she held the pink gucci bag I gifted her.

"Tae, I should have wore something else. I don't think this dress suits the occasion." She blurted, wrinking her brows, as her eyes fell on me.

"Babe, there's nothing wrong with the dress. You look lovely." I cooed, as I held her hand once again, tightly.

"Besides there's ain't no special occasion to dress for. No one in particular to impress. Just a casual dinner." I emphasized casual, pulling small smile as she nodded reciprocating the smile.

"Shall we?" She barely whispered, taking in a deep breath, probably preparing herself for the storm that's coming our way.

I gulped thick before nodding slightly.

Here comes the ; the most anticipated moment.

We stepped inside the house and were immediately greeted by my mom. She was wearing this yellow colored shirt with black color skirt with side slit that goes right up to her knees.

Her hairs tied back in a loose bun, few strands falling over her face. Her face as pretty as her outfit, looked even more pretty when she flashed us the most devastating smile.

"Tae.. Y/N !! I've been waiting for both of you all day." She said as she engulfed us in a warm hug. Our chins resting on either side of her shoulders, I glance at y/n who was looking at me already. She smiled softly at me, making my heart flutter, before breaking the hug.

"You knew I was coming, Mum?" Y/n asked, holding her hand.

"Yes, Liz informed me. And also your  COCO texted me this morning that you're coming. I was soo thrilled to hear that. How have you been?" She asked, pulling y/n into hug once again.

"I've been good, your son takes good care of me, really." She said, looking at me as I winked at her naughtily.

"How have you been?" She asks back.

"What could possibly happen to me? Even more, I have been feeling more happier, since the day you entered tae's life. He's changed so much." She said softly, looking at me "For good. He looks alive, he seems happy."

"That's because I am happy, Mum." I replied as my eyes darted towards y/n - the sole reason of my happiness. She looked at me before pulling out her tongue playfully, making me chuckle.

"Let's go in." Mum said, as we followed her to the living room.

I sat lazily on the couch, besides me sat y/n and mum was sitting on a single couch adjacent to us. My eyes fell on y/n again as she was talking casual things with my mum, she looked marvelous.

I have no idea why she gets insecure about her looks. She is beautiful the way she is and I love her for who she is. 

"Oppaaa.." Liz sprinted out of nowhere making my eyes peer towards her "You finally came!!" She beamed at me as she leaned down to hug me.

"Can you move a little?" She asked as she look darkly at y/n, her eyes darted from her to me once again before pulling an innocent smile "I want to sit with my oppa." 

"Liz—" I spoke 

"Sure." Y/n said as she slided to another end of the couch, making space for liz to sit in between y/n and I. My eyes snapped at her, may be with a little fury but most with the disappoint. She looked at me apologetically as she shrugged her shoulders.

I sighed heavily before my attention got fixed on Liz. Her eyes piercing mine, she spoke softly,

"How was your day?" 

"I had one amazing day." I smiled as I peeked at y/n, reliving all the good moments we had shared today.

"Good to hear that. But I was bored without you." She complained looking at me with puppy eyes.

"Uh-um.. Liz—" Not knowing what to say any further, I decided to introduce y/n to her, properly. I cleared my throat, as I began

"Do you know who she is?" 

Liz turned her head towards y/n for a split second, noticing her up and down twice before she looked at me, smiling.

"Yes, she's your classmate."

"Liz, she's not only my classmate. Look—" I began, gulping heavily, unsure how to put it in a way  that doesn't hurt her feelings.

"Oppa. It's not important who she is. You already know, I don't care." She said flatly, giving me a honest smile, before she turned to looked at y/n whose eyes were widened at her words, probably hurt even.

"No hard feelings though" She beamed her an emotionless smile. To that, y/n nod slightly, still too preoccupied at her harsh words.

I stared at her now upset face, feeling bad for her. She must be already aware of my stare but she never looked back. I sigh for nth  time this evening before I opened my mouth to speak again, but was stopped at the ringing of y/n's phone.

"I am sorry. I have to take this." She said, looking at me for a quarter of second, before darting her eyes towards my mum as she nodded in understanding. With that, I saw her standing up and walking out of the room until she disappeared from my eye sight. Completely.

"Liz—" I seethe in fury as her head turned towards me "This should be first and last time you're talking to y/n like that." I
