Y/N's POV

After spending a beautiful weekend out with COCO until his grandma said something vague, was breath-taking; not in a good way.

Something about that conversation never allowed me to relax even for a microsecond. I couldn't help but to reminisce the concern that was written all over her face. It felt like something is either wrong or will be wrong in near future. Tae wasn't taking this whole situation any better. He didn't show it but I knew he was caught up in that very moment, just like me. He did assure me that everything will be fine but the small sighs he breathed out unconsciously was saying otherwise. And it wasn't helping the whole situation at all.

The ice-cream date we had surely took our mind off of the already tensed situation and I wondered how food and person you eat it with, could change your whole mood.

And before I knew it, I was standing in front of a grand mansion.

'Kim mansion' as I read it on the huge  name plate placed on one of the walls of main gate that led the way right in  front of the gigantic bunglow.

It was absolutely beautiful and I had never in my life saw something this incredible. I found myself lost in the beauty of the garden that was in front of the bunglow. Flowers of all colour could be seen before my eyes fell on a small golden-black pomeranian puppy running freely around the garden; probably chasing after the butterflies.

Before I could say or ask anything; it seemed like the puppy acknowledged Taehyung's presence as he ran towards us leaving all the butterflies behind; as if chasing/playing with them no longer mattered no more.

I was happily squealing, too awed at the sight as I saw, taehyung slipping his hand out of mine and kneeling down; picking up the cute little puppy in his arms, the puppy seemed too comfortable since he settled inside his arms as if he was right where he was meant to be; in his arms.

Taehyung's smile only got wider as the little ball of fluff keep all over his face and I can't help but giggle as he flinched slightly when the puppy his lips.

"Having fun, are we?" He said in mocking way.

"You both are just too adorable. Can't help. I didn't know you had pet!" I said, more in an amused way.

"That's because it's not a pet. It's my friend, part of my family; my brother as well as my son." He replied, placing a kiss on his fur before continuing

"Meet Kim Yeontan, our baby!" He announced, bliss evident on his face.

"Hello there, you cute little ball of fluff." I greeted while patting softly on his head, which he seemed to like.

"Tannie, I found yourself a mom." He chuckled as he realised what he just said but continued "she's y/n, she's now part of our family. Do you like her?"

Tannie, as if understanding what taehyung was saying; barked to give reponse to his question as a yes. Taehyung chuckled and placed tannie in my arms. Surprisingly, he settled in my arms as quickly as it settled in Tae's arms earlier and just feeling him  my face now was new and heart-warming emotion.

"So I guess, our tannie likes y/n already?" A voice came from behind making us come out of our trance as we both turned to the direction from where the voice originally came.

An elegant woman; may be in her late forties was standing right at the front door as if she was expecting our arrival. The aura she owned was different; not authoritative yet dominatingly royal.

She wore a baby pink dress, which suited her fair complexion, ending right around her knees. Her facial features were magnificent, big dark eyes with natural big eye lashes making her look perfect. Just when she smiled, I could tell she was not only noble but actually kind and bubbly.

"MOM!!" Taehyung exclaimed while walking towards her and engulfed her into an embrace.

"I was waiting for you both since morning." She said while breaking the hug and her eyes now diverted towards me. I stepped forward while releasing tannie from my grip to greet her.

"Hello Auntie, I am Lee Y/N." I said as politely as I possibly could and bowed. It's his mom. I had to make good impression, right??

"You've no idea how long I've waited to meet you." She said pulling brightest smile, her eyes shifted between me and tae "you're more prettier in person, sweetheart. I now know why tae's whipped for you." She said giggling while placing her hand on mine.

"Mom!??" He yelled in disbelief as his mom just exposed him in broad daylight. You laughed as he made a cute pout.

"What?? Nothing I said was a lie." She snapped before looking at you " Are you two dating already or not??" She asked.

You nodded and she squealed in excitement making you wonder what an absolutely adorably amazing woman she is.

"Are you planning to keep us standing here outside all day??" Tae mocked, still offended by previous betrayal.

"You can stay here all you want, I'm taking y/n inside. Y/n darling, let's go." She said leading me inside the bunglow; making tae pout cutely once again and I find myself reaching out for my boyfriend's hand yet again and intertwining it with mine, gesturing him to go with me. He gave me the boxy smile and placed a quick peck on my cheeks.

As I walked inside the house, I saw how gorgeously the interior decor is. Modern and at the same time giving sense of royalty. House big enough that more than 100 people could accommodate without problem.

"Here sweetie, please sit. Make yourself home." Auntie said while gesturing me to sit on the couch. I gave a small bow and sat; auntie sat right besides me and taehyung sat to the nearest adjacent sofa.

"Auntie, the house is.." I trailed off for appropriate word "Beautiful." I remarked looking around.

"And so are you." She said and squeezed my hand as I blushed "but i think now is the time you should start calling me MOM."

My eyes widened at the statement and immediately followed where tae was sitting. He seemed to be as flustered as I was and all I could do was blush.

"Mom that's too.. early!!" Taehyung spoke this time, which made me breathe in relief.

"Noooooo.. it is not. I thought she should start practicing, i absolutely like her. I think of her as my daughter already. Am I too unfriendly?" She said her eyes darted between me and tae  "I am so sorry, I didn't want to make you uncomfortable in any way, sweetheart." She said in a low voice.

"N-Noo, please!!" I said " I was not at all uncomfortable, MOM." I said and her eyes lit up at my words. I looked at tae and he grinned before giving me a small nod.

"Tae, dare you hurt my daughter. She's so sweet. How can someone not fall in love with her?!" She exclaimed.

"Yeah but people should know their limits; she's mine." He said sternly.

We both laughed and his facial expression relaxed making the environment around us lighter. We talked and giggled to some random stuff until
