Moonlight Melody

Tiffany continued to work at the cafè and wipe down tables when she heard a group of voices startling her. “AUNT TIFF!!!!!!” they yelled

Tiffany looked behind her to see a group of kids with bags smiling. “Oh my god my Flower Cuties!!!!” She yelled and ran over to them giving them a hug

They gave hugs, rejoiced, and sat down to get drinks. “Tiff, where is Seungwan.” Jungkook asked as they sat in their seats.

Tiffany came in with iced coffees. “She went to go see Hoseok, poor thing got into an accident and had a big cut on his arm. Seungwan was so alarmed, she might spend the night with him and take care of him.” She explained

The group looked confused. “Um Tiff who’s Hoseok?” Hanbin asked on behalf of the rest of them

This time Tiffany looked at them confused and let out a small laugh. “Oh my. She didn’t tell you? It’s ok I found out last week. He’s a good catch you know, very handsome, very sweet.” Tiffany kept rambling which made them even more confused.

“Tiff you’re not answering the question who is he?” Jennie questioned suspiciously

Tiffany looked at them. “Oh come on who else could Hoseok be based on what I said? Her boyfriend.” She said in a ‘duh’ tone.

 The Roulette looked at each other. “BOYFRIEND?!!?!”  What the ?

At once all of them stood up and went towards her asking everything. Who, what, where, when, why. Everything.”Wait wait, you can ask her everything yourself when she comes back.” She says leaving them

Taehyung puts his hand on his chin and clicks his tongue. “Ugh. It doesn’t sound like Seungwan would keep her boyfriend from us.” he says

Seulgi shakes her head. “Forget not telling us. It doesn’t sound like her to get a boyfriend in the first place.” She contradicts making everyone agreeing 

“That's true she always put work before boys and all that romance .” Hanbin says annoyed

Jungkook stared silently. “But why wouldn’t she share the fact that she got a boyfriend to her own brother?” he questioned

The rest rolled their eyes. “Chill youngest, you don’t rank that much higher than any of us in Wen’s like list. If she didn’t tell us she probably wouldn’t have told you.” Sooyoung scoffed

Jin leans back into his chair. “But like none of you notice that Seungwan is very closed off. She tends to not share that much. Do you think she has another friend group?” His eyes widened at the sudden thought

The whole group sat in silence. “Do you think that's why she wants to come to Busan all the time?” Jennie stood up raising her voice

Oh she is so dead when she comes home

Busan General Hospital

Hoseok and Seungwan exited the hospital after getting checked to head home. “Do I really have to put my arm around you? I'm perfectly stable on my own you know.” he chuckled 

Seungwan leaned into him. “Nope you already tried to walk on your own and ended up falling off the bed. No more experiments.” She said with a stern voice

“Alright damn, fine. I don’t know how you’re going to carry me but that’s up to you.” He said sighing

As they walked to the cafè which was thankfully nearby they witnessed a young boy who was no older than 3 being beaten  by a grown woman. The boy was crying to an end. 

Seungwan who couldn’t take this made Hoseok sit on a bench and go to them. “What the hell do you think you are doing?” She yelled at the women while picking up the three year old.

She put the three year old in Hoseok's arm. “Seungwan don’t do anything. Leave it and we’ll take him to the police station.” he said afraid she might go as far as killing the woman and held on to her hand. Seungwan got out of his hold. “It’s ok I won’t kill her, maybe just ing hurt her.” She said with rage in her voice.

Seungwan walked up to the woman and slapped her across the face. The woman who was shocked tried to slap Seungwan back, but she caught the woman's hand and twisted it behind her. “Don’t you ever try to ing hurt children just because they are voiceless beings.” She said and walked off

She reached the two and kneeled down to match the boy’s level. She brushed his hair out his face. “Hey, is this person your mom?” She gently asked

The boy hesitates and looks at the woman scared. “It’s ok. Tell us the truth. We’ll make sure she doesn’t come an inch close to you.” Hoseok encouraged

The boy instantly shook his head, prompting Seungwan to get up and go to her. “Who is he and what is your relationship with him.’ She interrogates

The woman looked terrified. “His name is Heuning Kai and he’s an orphan at the orphanage I manage.” She spilled

Seungwan sighed and held her head. “Well tell your orphanage to be prepared for a lawsuit. I’m suing you under child negligence and abuse.” She said and helped Hoseok stand up and took Heuning Kai into her arms.

Seungwan held Hoseok’s arm. “Are you going to be able to walk on your own?” She asked feeling guilty

Hoseok smiled. “I’ll be fine. Limping actually isn’t that bad. So what is our plan with him?” he asked

Seungwan looked at the young boy in her arms who was sleeping. “Do you think we’ll be able to take a detour?” She asked hopefully.

Hoseok limped to the curb and hailed for a taxi, making Seungwan smile brightly. “Thank you so much.” She said unconsciously, kissing him on the cheek.

Hoseok got flustered and waited silently for the cab to arrive. 

Right then a little voice broke their awkward silence “Excuse me. I’m hungry, I haven't eaten in three days.” Huening Kai spoke up

Seungwan closed her eyes in disbelief. How can an orphanage treat a young child so horribly? 

She looked at Hoseok. “Do you want to just go to the cafè?” she asked

Hoseok nodded. “It’s better if we feed him and let him get rest before making the little guy go through stuff.” He explains

The couple got into the taxi and headed to Moonlight Melody. Heuning Kai got attached to them and shared many things with the two. That is how much ever a three year old can .

They arrived at the cafè and went in to see the weirdest sight you can ever imagine.

Every child deserves a home, but not every home deserves a child.
