The next morning, Sungjae quietly prepared breakfast from the limited ingredients he could find in his kitchen while Joy was still sleeping. After getting some quality rest, Joy woke up to the appetizing smell of toast, eggs and bacon. She washed up, then walked into the kitchen to join Sungjae. 

Joy: Morning oppa

Sungjae: Oh you're up? Morning Sooyoung-ah, have a seat, breakfast is ready

As Sungjae's eyes landed on Joy, he froze for a moment. Joy was wearing one of his shirts as a dress. His ears turned red and began to blush.

Joy: What's wrong? Does it not look good on me?

Sungjae: No, it looks good! It's good... It's just, you look so pretty in it, you're so pre... so pretty... so pretty that I don't know what to do...

Joy: *Chuckles* Of course! I'm Park Sooyoung who's prettier than flowers!

The two enjoyed their breakfast and refilled their energy. With Sungjae's phone gone, he checked his emails from his laptop. To his surprise, among numerous work emails was an email from Peniel.

"Hey Sungjae, we lost our phones yesterday and I didn't know how to reach you so I'm emailing you. I already mailed the evidence to the police as you asked. How did things end up last night? Are you okay? Btw, I just got a new phone, this is my new phone number..."

Joy: Who is it?

Sungjae: Peniel hyung, he was with me yesterday so he's just checking on me

Joy: That's so kind of him

Sungjae: Yea, he really is very kind, we lost our phones yesterday so he's sending me his new number

Joy: Oh really? What is it? Let me update his contact

Sungjae: Gimme your phone, I'll put it in for you

Joy: Thanks oppa~

Sungjae replied Peniel's email. 

"Yes I'm okay. Thank you so much hyung, I owe you one! I'll let you know when I get a new phone."

After finishing breakfast, Sungjae was washing the dishes while Joy came out with a first aid kit in her hands. She sat Sungjae down and applied ointment onto the scars on Sungjae's arms and face, placing band aids onto his wounds. 

Joy: Don't get into fights again, it hurts me to see you like this

Sungjae: Thanks... What am I going to do without you Sooyoungie~

Joy: There's no girl like me oppa~

Sungjae: I know, that's why I'm never letting you go

Joy: *Smiles* All done!

Sungjae: What about your bruises? Do you want me to put ointment on them?

Joy: I already did, don't worry, they're healing

Sungjae: Should we go over to your dorm to pack some of your stuff now then?

Joy: Yea, let's go

The two arrived at Red Velvet's dorm. The Red Velvet members were either out or resting in their own rooms. Haetnim greeted them excitedly at the door. Joy picked the puppy up as Sungjae petted her gently.
