The Alpha clapped his hands with how things had turned out that night. “Why don’t we have a nice talk inside? It’s a little windy outside,” he said, slanted smile pestered on face.

Yena, Chaewon, and Hitomi obviously refused the idea right away but Yuri accepted. She’s reminded of what Luna said in her dream, that she is the only one who could put a stop on Lloyd’s madness. So she offered him to make a deal.

The deal was for Lloyd to stop all his wrongdoings and Yuri will turn herself in, accepting her fate to become the next Luna, freeing the current Luna from her deep slumber which has been happening for decades or centuries, perhaps.

Yuri knows that was the sole reason which drove Lloyd doing all the things he has done. He has been doing all the experiment to free his lover, to turn her back into an ordinary human so she doesn’t need to carry the burden of being a Luna anymore. Because he loves her too much that he even turned insane, being all blind to sacrifices others and innocent people for his lover’s sake.

“I’ll accept, being the next Luna, that is. But you must put an end to what you have been doing,” Yuri said without a hint of fear in her tone. Not even in tiniest bit.

“Yuri, you can’t!!!” a voice came through louder than it should have. Yena’s eyes were drawn into Yuri, face frowning, clearly showing her disagreement. She couldn’t agree to the situation, thinking there must be another way to end things without Yuri taking the burden alone.

“You shouldn’t be making a reckless decision,” Chaewon who was sitting quietly voiced another disagreement into the room, turning a head at Yuri and slightly shake it, her eyes speaks of ‘don’t do it’. Aside of Lloyd himself, she knows him better than anyone else in the room.

Meanwhile Hitomi just fidgeting her hands, eyes focused on them because she didn’t know what she should do or what she should say in this kind of situation. It must have been all better if their attack was successful. Things wouldn’t be this complicated, she pondered.

Yuri pressed her lips and spoke up once again, ignoring all the disagreement her ears catch on earlier. “What do you say, Mr. Lloyd?”

Hearing Yuri, all the other girls were tensed up with the unexpected moment they are facing. The air became heavier than it already has, ancient antiques in the room immovable and stiff, expressing the people who gathered there.

Lloyd, of course seemed delighted with the deal Yuri offered, showing a smile of interest while slowly brustling his thin moustache. He doesn’t care about anything else but to achieve his goal, and to finally be able to meet the love of his life once again. He has been waiting for that day to come. The deal sounded even better because he find a new Luna, meaning that he’ll get his lover back, still as a lycanthrope.
