Lisa's POV:

"You're so annoying!" Jennie yells out. She abruptly stood up across the table from me and slammed her hands on the desk. I scoff and mimic the same action,

"At least I'm not a bore 24/7!" I yell out. We've been studying for hours and me sighing a little too loudly was apparently "annoying." So what if I sighed more than 15 times for the last hour, I'm bored as hell and studying with the one person I can't stand didn't help the situation.

"Here we go," Jisoo mumbles out while slouching in her chair. Rosé rolls her eyes and slams her head down on the table. I narrow my eyes and point at Rosé,

"Now look what you did! You broke the chipmunk!" I groan out. Jennie scoffs and glares,

"I broke the chipmunk?? I didn't do anything but concentrate in helping us pass our damn project!" She hisses out. I grit my teeth,

"Well I wouldn't have been sighing if you'd just give us a break! We've been sitting on our asses for the past 3 hours!" I argue back. Jisoo huffs and crosses her arms,

"Oh look Rosie, mom and dad are fighting again," she mocks. Jennie and I turn to face her simultaneously, "Shut up!" We hissed at the same time.

"Uh.. guys?" A voice cautiously said from the door. Jennie I turn towards the person with a glare,

"What?!" But the moment we looked at the guy, Jennie's eyes softened and turned apologetic while mine turned even colder than before.

"Hey, What're you doing here?" Jennie asks while walking away towards Hanbin. I scoff and plop myself back down. 

"I just wanted to know if you were done so we can go get dinner together," he said before leaning down to place a short kiss on her lips. It was short but it felt like hours to me. Jennie hums then turns towards us,

"No, we're just about done actually," she said. She walks towards us and I roll my eyes heaving a sigh of relief,

"Thank God. A few more seconds and I would've died," I mutter out. Jennie narrows here eyes and sends a tight smile,

"We wouldn't want that to happen now would we?" She mocks. I feign a look of admiration while placing my hands on my chest,

"Touching Kim, you really know how to make a girl swoon," I said. She scowls before shoving her books into her backpack. She looks over at Jisoo and Rosé and waves,

"Bye girls! See you tomorrow!" She says. Rosé lifts her head up and waves tiredly, "Bye Jen," she says. Jisoo waves in return while I was smirking mockingly towards her. Jennie meets my eyes and squints before making her way towards Hanbin and out the door. And the moment they closed the door was the same moment I dropped my smile.

"How do you do that?" Jisoo asks. I look over at her and felt a slight pinch in my chest seeing the look she was sending me.

"Do what?" I asked. Jisoo sighs,

"Act like she means nothing to you?" She asks. I immediately look down at my book and slouched on my chair,

"Practice," I shortly said. Rosé furrows her eyebrows in confusion,

"This . You guys use to be best friends. Is there no way for you two to get along again?" She asks. I let out a breath before shaking my head,

"Not a chance."

Get a long with Jennie again? I don't know anymore.

It was never my fault in the first place. She left me. She ditched me for a "better" crowd. She met someone who I wished was me. She stopped caring for me.

So, why not do the same to her?

There's no point in getting along anymore.

It doesn't matter that I'm in love with her.

She hurt me.

Everything we had in the past is meaningless now. 

Everything is meaningless.

We will never get along.

"Yo..." I call out while entering Rosé's house. I drop my bag on the floor and furrowed my eyebrows in confusion hearing nothing while shutting the door.

"Hello?" I call out again. I walk further down the hall until—

"Grab her!!!" And before I could process what was going on I felt a body jump on my back causing us to fall on the floor. I groan in pain and flip over to see Jisoo tying up my legs together. I widen my eyes,

"What the hell guys!?" I yell out. Before I could stop her, Rosé had quickly grabbed my wrist and tied them together as well.

"Sorry about this Lisa but it's for your own good," Rosé says while placing duct tape on my lips causing me to widen my eyes.

"Mmm mmphh!!" I try to yell out as they suddenly began to drag me to Rosé's bedroom. I try to fight but the ropes around my ankles and wrist were just too tight. Where'd they learn how to do this?!?

"Mmph!" I groan out as they hastily dropped my legs. I started yelling through the tape as I watched them both run out of the room rather quickly. And the moment I heard them lock the door I immediately groaned through the tape in annoyance.

"I knew they were evil, I just never knew they were evil geniuses," a voice suddenly says from the bed. I look over and groaned even louder seeing Jennie's staring down at me in amusement but also annoyance. She walks over to me and kneels down.

"!!" I yell out as she ripped off the tape from my lips. Jennie winces and sends an apologetic smile,

"Sorry," she mumbles out. I ignore her and look towards the locked door,

"Jisoo!!! Rosé!! Don't ignore me!! I can see your guys feet from underneath the door!!" I yell out causing them to squeal and quickly run away. I huff and drop my head back down the floor,

"I'm going to kill them. I am actually going to kill them," I mumble out. Jennie sighs and nods in agreement,

"I second that," she says. I look over at her and raise my eyebrows,

"How come I was man handled and you weren't? I don't see you tied up?" I whine out. Jennie shrugs with a teasing smirk,

"Because I'm their favorite," she mocks. I roll my eyes,

"Conceited as always," I mumble out. She just shrugs and looks around the room in boredom. I sigh in annoyance and sit up. I look down at the ropes on my wrist and began to bite my way through it, well try to at least. Jennie chuckles,

"Classy," she teases. I stop and look up at her with narrowed eyes,

"Why don't you make yourself useful and be a good girl by untying me?" I ask with a sly smirk. Jennie glares but smirks in return and raises her eyebrows,

"And put an end to your misery? I could never do that" She mocks in return. I scowl and go to protest until the lap top on Rosé's desk starts ringing. 

We both look over at each other before looking back at the computer. Jennie walks over to it and lifts up the screen to see Jisoo calling on the Skype app. Jennie scowls while immediately answering the call. And the moment the duos faces were seen on camera Jennie groaned in annoyance,

"You two better explain yourself right now!" She demands. Jisoo smirks from the computer,

"And ruin a perfectly good sleep over for the both of you? Now, why ever would we do that?" She mocks. Rosé then buts in with the same antagonizing smirk,

"So, you both may be wondering as to why we have locked you up in my guest bedroom correct?" She asks. I sit up and pushed myself up on my feet. I hop over to the computer and glared at the two,

"Actually, I'm wondering of how to avoid jail time after I kill the both of you," I snarl out. They both ignore me,

"Well, we both decided to lock you up together so you guys can learn how to get a long again," Jisoo says. I furrow my eyebrows,

"And why do we have to be friends again? There's no point," I reason, ignoring how Jennie suddenly stiffened and stared at me silently. Rosé sighs,

"Look, our group hasn't been the same in a long time. We all grew up together and seeing the both of you fighting almost every damn day breaks my heart," she whispers out. I frown at the sight,

"Rosie..." I drag out. Jisoo then cuts in,

"I don't know what happened between the two of you but you guys need to fix it like actual adults. And until then, you both will stay in that room until tomorrow morning," she says causing me to groan in frustration,

"You can't do that!" I yell out with Jennie nodding in agreement with a pleading look. Rosé shrugs,

"The bathroom is connected to the bedroom so you'll be able to use it and Jisoo and I prepared lunch boxes and snacks for you guys in the closet—" I cut her off,

"But guys—!" Jisoo cuts me off as well,

"There's also boardgames under the bed. And spare pajamas in the drawers. Also, don't think of trying to call anybody because we took your phones. Have fun!" She giggles out and ends the call. The moment she did I let out a long breath before plopping myself down on the floor. 

"Damn it," I mutter out. Jennie silently walks in front of me. I look up at her and raised my eyebrows seeing how she knelt down and silently untied the ropes from my wrist. I tried to read her expression but her hair was covering her face.

Before, I would've reached over and placed her hair behind her ear. But now I could only stare at her and fight the strength to do so.

"Thanks," I mutter out after she was done. She nods and goes towards the bed while I leaned forward and untied my legs. I let out a breath of relief and stood up to stretch my limbs. 

"Did you mean what you said?" Jennie suddenly asks. I look over at her and furrowed my eyebrows seeing her looking down at her hands. She was fiddling with her fingers, something she always did whenever she was nervous.

"Mean what?" I asked while leaning my back against the desk behind me. I suddenly held in my breath as Jennie slowly looked up at me with an expression that I couldn't understand. The look made my heart quicken and ache all at once. She then sighs and stands up while looking away from me again,

"Nothing, I'm just going to use the restroom," she mumbles out. I follow her movements in confusion until she walked into the restroom and closed the door. And the moment she locked the door I quickly let out a breath and frowned.

"And why do we have to be friends again? There's no point."

After she came out of the restroom, an awkward atmosphere grew around us. We avoided each other's eyes as much as possible and stayed away. I felt like I was suffocating in this room with her. 

The girls new I was in love with this girl so I don't understand why they did this. I get they missed how we all use to be, hell, I did too. But locking me up with her after what she did makes them look selfish in my eyes.

"Are you hungry?" Jennie says from behind me. I've been sitting where the window was and have been staring outside for a while now. 3 hours had passed already and I had yet to realize I haven't eaten yet. I turn around to see Jennie standing near the bed holding our lunch bags while shifting in her stance in discomfort. I silently nodded and stood up,

"Thanks," I mumble out while taking the bag from her. She nods and seats herself down on the floor with me following suit. Jennie looked surprised that I decided to sit in front of her. I was surprised myself but might as well try to be civil since we'll be alone the whole night. 

I look over to her and felt my heart skip a beat seeing her staring at me. But meeting my eyes she quickly looked away with a hint of pink on her cheeks from embarrassment. I chuckle to myself before eating the sandwich the duo prepared.

"So...are you enjoying your sandwich?" Jennie awkwardly asks. I look up at her grin, "Are you actually trying to start a conversation with me Kim? Because that's a pretty weak start" I tease. She narrows her eyes,

"Look, I'm trying here okay? We're going to be stuck together for the rest of the night whether you like it or not so might as well make the best of it," she hisses out. I feign a look of innocence and lift my hands up in surrender,

"Got it, jeez. I was just joking," I mutter out. She huffs and looks back down at her food, "Well I didn't find that joke funny at all," she states. I scoff and roll my eyes,

"Damn popularity really removed every ounce of humor out of you," I said with a dry chuckle. She lifts her narrowed eyes at me and grits her teeth,

"And your pot head friends removed every ounce of respect from you," she fights back. I gripped on my sandwich and clenched my jaw,

"They're not pot heads," I scowl out. We angrily stare at each other for a few more seconds until Jennie huffed and looked away,

"Whatever, just out of my business," she grumbles out. I sarcastically chuckle while packing up my lunch,

"Oh, I definitely will," I said as I stood up. I go to turn around but froze. I look down at her and let out a breath causing her to look up at me curiously.

"Trust me on this Kim, I stopped caring about you and your business a long time ago," I stated so coldly that I had to clench my fist till my nails were piercing my skin in hopes the pain in my chest will move to my hand after seeing her expression change from curiosity to — pain? I quickly tur
