As Sunnee went to her room after school, she had her face on her pillow and cried. She can't believe that Dylan ruined the only thing that made her forgot his bullying. Their moments together since they met was written in the diary, now she couldn't look back at it. Her torn diary layed at the corner of her bed.

 

 

Meanwhile at Dylan's mansion, where he lived with his ever so loving father, Qin Yang, he sat on his room as he stared at the ceiling. He felt a heavy feeling in his heart. "Why am I like this? Why do I feel like I've hurt someone to the point that he or she haunts me by feeling my conscience?", he asked to himself.

 

 

Then he looked at a certain picture frame. He looked at it sadly. It was a picture of him and Xiao Qing. They were eating an ice cream on the picture, with both of them having messy faces because of the ice cream. 

 

 

It was the same picture Sunnee saw before it was ripped into two. Dylan wondered why Sunnee looked hurt when her diary was ripped. He wondered what's inside her diary, why does it look like the diary is important to her. He knew he could never get an answer because Sunnee hates him to bits now.

 

 

Sunnee sat on her bed and wiped her tears, "If he didn't became friends with Zi Hong then things wouldn't end up this way.", she muttered.

 

 

Dylan sighed as he remembered what Xiao Qing told him before, "She's right... I shouldn't have let myself got involve with Xiao Hong's doing. Then maybe, we're still tight now.", he said to himself. 

 

 

He came back to Taiwan to find her. But he doesn't know where to start. He went to their house when they were younger but found out that her parents moved back in Thailand, but she stayed in Taiwan to pursue her dreams. "I should find her and apologize. Yeah, that's it.", he said with determined look, as he wanted them to continue their friendship.

The next day at Homeroom period.

 

 

"What?!", the class exclaimed. Pets rubbed her ears from their shout. "Yes, you didn't hear it wrong.", she said. "But what about Sunnee and Dylan? They're opposite genders!", Esther exclaimed.

 

 

"Yeah! It's inappropriate for a girl and boy to stay in the same room!", Echo said. "But, that's what Mr. Wang wants. And don't worry, we'll check up on them from time to time.", Pets reassured them.

 

 

Sunnee stood up from her seat, "Ms. Ceng, I have the right to complain because I'm a girl. How can you let me stay in the same room with a guy? Especially to this stupid bear!", she protested. 

 

 

Dylan stood up as well and gave her a smirk, "Oh please, I may be a playboy but I won't take any advantage on you, tomboy!", he mocked. Sunnee glared at him. "Besides, who would want to see you ? Not me! There's nothing to see too!", he wanted to say but he knew he'll get a detention if he said that.

 

 

"See, Ms. Ceng?! Look at him, if we became roommates then hell will break loose! I can't stand seeing him for 24 hours straight!", she said. "I don't want to see that ugly face of yours either!", Dylan shouted back. 

 

 

Pets sighed and scowled at the two, "You two, I wouldn't allow you guys to be in the same room either, but that's what Mr. Wang and our school principal wants since you two have been wrecking things everytime you fight. Just endure it for three days! Maybe you two will eventually get along too.", she said.

 

 

Sunnee glared at Dylan, while he does the same. "I don't want to be friends again with... him...", she thought sadly. "Yuck, I'd rather be friends with a dog than be friends with her.", he muttered under his breathe.

Dylan packed his things in his luggage, preparing for their fieldtrip tomorrow. Somehow, he was both excited and uncomfortable to be roommates with Sunnee, he doesn't know why. As he was about to close his luggage, he found a cap.

 

 

He picked it up and recognized it. The black cap has a mickey mouse ears, it was his cap when he was little. This was the last stock of it, and he was lucky to be the one who got it. He decided to bring it and placed it in his luggage and closed it. 

 

 

Then he opened his laptop, got on his usual account and typed.

 

 

Hello, Qing Er Mei Mei! Long time no talk. - Xiao Lan Xiong

 

 

Hey, what took you so long? - Qing Er Mei Mei

 

 

Oh, looks like someone missed me. - Xiao Lan Xiong

With that, he turned off his laptop and stared at the ceiling. "Is she right? Am I having feelings for that stupid tomboy?", he asked to himself. He groaned and forced himself to sleep.
