Baekhyun has never been so eager to be in his office the way he was at the moment. He rushes out of bed around 6 in the morning and heads straight for the kitchen. Irene and Sehun had already gone back to their apartment, so he was left all alone.
He quickly prepared breakfast and kept it aside, he was about going to Jesse's room to wake him up when he saw the seven years old kid coming down from the staircase.
"Good morning daddy." Jesse greeted.
"Son, good morning. Did you sleep well?" "Yes, I did. But why are you up so early?" Jesse asked before walking up to his Dad.
"I'm going to see the uncle that saved your mom's life five years ago around 9 this morning. So, I want to make sure you and your sister Alice have everything needed since Sehun and Irene are not around."
"Oh," the kid nodded his head. He picked up a bottle of water and poured it into a glass cup. "Alice was coughing, I guess she needs water."
"Sure. You give her some water and you two should head down here."
"Okay, Dad," Jesse said and left the living room.
Baekhyun was quick in making everything, and he gave his kids their morning bath. He gave them their breakfast, but Alice kept on coughing and Baekhyun became worried. He gave her water to drink and called Yixing to come over before 9.
After ending the call, he put Alice to sleep since she wasn't that bright as she used to be. He quickly ran up to his room and got dressed for his meeting with Yunho. When he was ready, he went to his son and tapped him on the shoulder.
"Jesse please take care of your sister, and when Yixing gets here, take him to her room, okay?"
"Okay Dad, come back soon," Jesse said.
"I will son." Baekhyun kissed his forehead and left the mansion.

Baekhyun made his way into his office, and as he was about shutting the door close behind him, Yunho pushed it aside and stepped into the office.
"Seems you're the punctual type deposit having two healthy kids," Yunho said with a calm smile playing on his lips.
Baekhyun said nothing but stared at the man in front of him, and he began to wonder how the stranger knew about his kids.
"Who are you?" Baekhyun asked calmly, but his eyes never left the Yunho's eyes.
"Jung Yunho, your wife's saver."
On hearing the word, Baekhyun walked closer to him and hugged him.
"Thank you so much, I really don't know how to repay your good deeds." Baekhyun pulled away from the hug, and the man tapped him on the back.
"It's all good, you don't have to repay me anything, but please protect your wife. I just received news that Emma is out and she might have seen Yumi in the news. I hope you know what that means?"
"Yes, I do, and this time around I will protect her with the last drop of my blood," Baekhyun said and gestured for Yunho to be seated and they both did.
"Please Yunho, I want to know how you saved my wife five years ago, please."
"Of course Baekhyun, I won't deny you the right of knowing the truth my friend. I will tell you everything, but I hope no one suspicious is around here?"
"No, at all," Baekhyun said and Yunho nodded and began telling the CEO the whole story.
