It was past 1 am and Baekhyun was wide awake pacing in his room while Yumi was sleeping soundly. The Mafia had not been himself ever since the arrival of Julia and Taehee.
He felt so uneasy and that feeling really threw him off balance.

He covered Yumi properly with the blanket and left the room after shutting the door behind automatically closed.
 
He walked past the living room into the dark night and went straight to the apartment where Julia was.

“Jennifer open up this instant” Baekhyun commanded, and before he could say another word, the door was pulled open with a smirking Julia standing in front of him.
 
“I knew you would surely come to see me, my love.” Julia chuckled and kicked the door closed. She gave Baekhyun a y look and then stick out her tongue to give her lips a nice .

Baekhyun couldn't stand the look and irritation was clearly evident on his face. “What's the meaning of this drama Jennifer? Why did you come back and with a different name?” Baekhyun asked with irritation in his words.
 
“Why do you think I came back?” She asked while running a finger around his chest. “I came to take back what's mine, and that is you, my love.” The word slipped through her lips effortlessly.
 
“Jennifer, I told you not to come back here, didn't I? Then why are you here?” The Mafia said in a harsh tone after hitting her hands off his chest.
 
“Oh please.” Jennifer hissed and sat on the bed slowly taking off her top to expose her to Baekhyun's eyes. “Don't give me that look, I'm not interested, behave yourself. I'm married now and I'm deeply in love with my wife, so back off and leave immediately.”
 
“You're not in love with her Baekhyun, you only have pity on her that's all.”
Baekhyun sighed and folded his fist in anger. “Jennifer I don't want to hear this nonsense. I want you out of here by dawn, else I won't hesitate to make you suffer. Don't provoke the demon in me.” The mafia turned to leave in annoyance. He was clearly mad at the fact that his past love and also an evil person was back into his life, but then he knew something was wrong and so he just couldn't figure it out.
 
“But I love you Baekhyun, please don't make me do something you and I will regret our whole life.”
“Get lost Jennifer, I don't need you.” The Mafia made his point clear and left the room.

 
“Baekhyun where were you, I've been looking for you,” Yumi asked when she saw the Mafia walking into the room. She knew something was not right due to the angry countenance on her husband's face.
 
“I'm so sorry my love, I just went out for some walk.” Baekhyun caressed her cheeks while smiling calmly. “Tell me, baby, did you miss me already?” He asked while leaning forward to the smaller and kissed her gently.
 
“Yes, I did.” Yumi blushed while playing with his fingers, but Baekhyun caressed her lips and slowly laid her back down and laid her on the bed.

“Yumi can I tell you something?” Baekhyun asked while playing with his wife’s fingers as they laid on the bed facing each other.
“Tell me,” Yumi said with a calm smile plastered on her lips.
 
“I was once a Commander in the military 8 years ago, but then I had to retire after some of the soldiers betrayed me which almost cost me my life. I thoughts that the people I called my family, my friends will surely help me out or stand by me during hard times, but no. They all moved and acted in the same direction and ruined me. After the betrayal, I retired and became what I am today.”

 
“I'm so sorry Baekhyun, you've been through a lot, and yet you're still this kind to me,” Yumi said calmly. She was somehow speechless, and now she knew why Baekhyun was so mad when Wendy betrayed his love for him. Of course, he must have thought Wendy and Jongin played with his feelings. No wonder he looks hard and scary on the outside, but actually, he's such a sweetheart.
 
Yumi reached for his face and caressed his cheeks, carefully observing his jawlines and beautiful eyes.
“You're so handsome when you smile, and your smile gives me butterflies in my stomach,” Yumi whispered to her husband who smiles after hearing what his wife had just said.

“They do?” Baekhyun smiled even harder, leaning forward to Yumi and rained kisses all over her face, making his wife giggle at his touches.
 
“These two lover birds.” Sehun smiled as he walked past the room with a bowl of chicken in his hand and a bottle of wine.

“Son, why are you like this? I thought you wanted the properties for yourself, then why are you acting as if you have no interest or what so ever?” MinSeo angrily asked Taehee. Wendy on the other hand had just wakened up with a terrible headache. She sat on the bed breathing a bit faster than usual, and she knew it wasn't normal. She turns over to her side and tapped Jongin’s shoulder gently.
