"Baekhyun..." Yumi muttered as she opened her eyes to look at her husband sobbing on the floor. She knew that by now Baekhyun might have found out about her sickness as well as her condition. She felt bad seeing her husband in that state, but it was too late to change anything.

"Yumi?" Baekhyun quickly rushed over to his wife on hearing her voice and sat down close to her on the bed. He gently caressed her cheeks before holding her shaking hands.

"Yumi why did you keep this a secret from me. I thought we promised to share out happiness and sadness with each other? Why didn't you tell me about your sickness?"

"Because I don't want to terminate our baby. I love it more than my life and I know you would have forced me into aborting it. Please forgive me, Baek."

"Please don't apologize, we will get your operation done immediately. You won't die okay?" Baekhyun leaned closer to his wife and kissed her before carrying Jesse from the bed.

He turned to Siwon and walked closer to him.

"Please save my wife and the baby, do all you can please."

"I will try my best. Let me get ready for the operation." Siwon bowed and left the room, unknown to either of them that Emma's men were around the area because they followed Yumi as instructed by Emma and they heard everything.

They rushed out to the hospital and stood by the side of the hospital building and immediately called Emma to inform her about Yumi's current health condition, asking if they should shoot her immediately or hold on first.

As they were busy on the phone, a man wearing a black singlet with a hoodie and sweatpants overheard their conversation over the phone. He was just passing by and pretend as if he heard nothing, but then he heard when the men made mention about the person in question is pregnant, and he quickly recalled how he lost his beloved sister to such a situation and same condition years ago. He knew that he's nothing but a stranger, but then he wants to help the innocent person at any cost.

He stepped backward and made a phone call while checking his wristwatch, and in less than 15 minutes, a van drove down to the same spot and he got into it, and after a few minutes he came out all dressed like a doctor and walked into the hospital, looking around for pregnant female sick with a tumor in the brain. He made inquiries from a few nurses, and in no time he was directed to the room where Yumi was lying.

He stared at Yumi and ruffled his hair as fresh memories of his last sister rushed back to his mind.

He walked into the room and saw Yumi already unconscious, ready for the operation. He gently caressed Yumi's hands and rubbed her hair softly.

"I was not able to save my sister years ago, but I promise to save you today." He said smiling, but the footsteps approaching forced him to hide under the bed.

Siwon walked in with some doctors and they took Yumi away from the room and transferred her to the operation theater.

When Siwon was gone, the man came out from his hiding place and dialed a number on his phone and he made a quick call.

"Hello, I will text you an instruction on what to do and also a location right now and I want you to head straight to that location once I end this call, and make sure you do exactly according to the instruction in the text message, okay?"

"Yes, Sir." The voice from the other end of the phone said.

"Good. Now get going." The man ended the call and headed out of the room and went straight to the operating room and hid at a concern while typing down a text message and when he was done, he forwarded it to some contacts on his phone list and he waited there.

The door to the operation room was pushed open and Siwon entered the room. He was about closing the door, to begin with, the operation when Baekhyun stopped him.

"Please make sure my wife stays alive, please."

"I will try my best." Siwon tapped Baekhyun on the back and walked into the room.

The man stayed at his hiding place in the room as he kept on typing numerous text messages and kept on forwarding it to different users, and when he was done, at last, he heard a cry of a baby and quickly, he lifted his head to look at the little child, and he smiled.

The operation of getting the baby out was a success and the baby girl was alive and doing great.

Yixing carried the child from Siwon and left with some nurses to get the baby cleaned up.

Siwon finished stitching Yumi up and left to clean his hand, to begin with, the major operation.

Immediately Siwon left, the man came out from where he was hiding and quickly placed a bag of blood on Yumi's chest and plastered it with a plastic skin. He put the hospital gown down and covered Yumi's body.

"You will be fine, but please hang in there just a little bit." The man whispered into Yumi's ear and caressed her cheeks and he left the room secretly.
