The Mafia's Chronicles“Gather up children, we have to go to the airport to welcome the soldiers coming from China to Seoul around 11 AM, so I hope you're here with all your gifts?” Jesse's teacher asked and the students gave her a sound answer.
Jesse, on the other hand, was all quiet as he gently caressed the banquet of flowers and a box of homemade chocolate Baekhyun baked for himself and his little sister Alice during the night as an apology for keeping them waiting all night.
He sighed and kept the flower and the chocolates aside so that he can get his books into his bag, and when he was done, he gathered everything and headed out with the other students and the teacher.
The school bus was on its normal speed rate and the students were busy singing their school songs along the way, enjoying their little trip to the airport.
"Children we are here, so please arranged your bags and get your gifts ready, we must welcome the soldiers with so much love and happiness because they're coming here to help out our city."
"Okay teacher!" The children replied in unison and they happily stepped out of the car, and in front of them were the soldiers walking out with their belongings.
The children ran forward to welcome the soldiers along with Seoul's police officers and Governor and also the government's securities.
The children and their teacher approached the soldiers and Jesse were just slowly moving with his flowers and packs of his father's homemade chocolates.
As they got really close to the armed men, Jesse stumbled into Yumi aka Nikita and the flowers fell from his hands along with the packs of homemade chocolates.
"Jesse watch your steps!" The teacher yelled at the little boy, bringing the attention of the commander towards the little boy.
Yumi slowly turned and saw the little boy bending down to pick up his flowers and chocolates. Yumi who the fellow soldiers consider being the hardest and most heartless of them all quickly bent down and helped the boy in picking up his now ruined flowers.
"Are you okay kid?" Yumi asked calmly when she was done helping, and immediately Jesse recognized his mother's face and voice. The boy lifted up his head straight towards the commander's direction, and his eyes met with Yumi's.
The same eyes, the same nose, the same smile, the beautiful fingers, but her hair wasn't the same, her hair was now all blond and shorter.
Jesse was confused, he has always believed that his Mom was long dead, but now standing in front of his Mom was something so confusing to him.
"Brother, why are you standing there? Please move I want to see the soldiers too, mostly their guns." His five years old little sister Alice muttered from behind her elder brother, but when she came closer to Jesse, she saw tears falling off his eyes and it didn't go well with her as well as she also started crying after seeing her brother in tears.
"Please stop crying kids," Yumi smiled and tried all she could to stop the kids from crying, but all to no avail. Yumi quickly bent down and collected the flowers and chocolates from Jesse's hand and pressed it to her chest.
"They're for me right?" She asked softly while caressing the kid's face as she was still on her knees.
"Yes, they're for you, Mom," Jesse replied and ran into Yumi's arms. He felt so safe and warm in the arms of his Mother. Meanwhile, Yumi was left in a state of shock after hearing the kid calling her Mom. She slowly pulled away from the little boy's hug and stared at Jesse.
"Mom? Why did you call me Mom just now?" Yumi had to ask quickly since she was getting all curious, but Alice also hugged her tightly and
